Pancakes were not cooked all the way through for the strawberry pancakes. Chicken sandwich had 1 slice of avocado and a paper thin layer of cheese If any on the roll.
Not sure if it was a bad cook when we went but it also took 40 minutes for our food to come out when the restaurant was not even at capacity.

Easy parking. Clean and well lit. Fast and attentive service. Average price. I had dinner today – chicken breast with broccoli and a side salad. Very good. Lisa was a good server, She knew the menu well and gave good suggestions.

By far this the most filthiest ihop i’ve been to from
the parking lot that is full of weed to th food that was very tasteless , the dude in the pic was sweeping never washed his hands and served customers tight away he did it twice while cughing so unhealthy, the waitress that i had she was careless never brought water or checked in for 45 mnts ’till i asked her when the food will be ready ? once she brought it it was the wrong order..

Great food, good service. If you sign up for there birthday club you get a free full stack of any flavor of their pancakes around your birthday. Right now they have a great deal going on, for 4.99 you get all you can eat pancakes. I always get an iced coffee they are good and for around 3.50 you get endless refills, and you can get vanilla, mocha, or original.

Showed up with 2 friends and was seated right away, ordered our drinks, and told the server that three more were going to be joining us – she immediately looked annoyed, but I thought nothing of it. After our friends arrived, she asked for our order, and we told her we needed a minute. She then ignored us for thirty. It wasn’t busy at all in the restaurant. Hardly anyone else was even there except three other couples. Our server was tentative to two of the tables that were near by, but never checked on us again. After waiting that long, we decided to leave because she was clearly ignoring us at that point. Only once we all stood up did she hurry over to ask what we needed. She never made eye contact, apologized for the wait, or gave an excuse as to why she was held up.
It’s whatever at the end of the day, but we knew if we stayed any longer, we were going to be late. It was also my friends birthday and he was going to order the birthday pancakes, so it was a sad way to start off the day a little.
