Service was slow even though it wasn’t very busy – staff were very confused and disorganized. Our server was petting a dog that was in the dining area. Food was not good, nothing like the IHOP restaurants I’ve been to in other locations. Didn’t even finish our meals – hash browns felt like cardboard, one serving of eggs were runny while the other were overcooked. Pancakes were bad. Very disappointed.

This place sucks. I have been waiting for my server of 45 minutes to even acknowledge us after taking our order. Only to have half of the food be cold. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you have a choice… The pancakes had something smashed into the bottom… DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Food and service here were great. My friend and I ate here on 12/28, and we had no complaints. Upon arrival, we had about a 10 minute wait which was fine. We were seated and we received proper customer service. I had the chicken and waffles dish, and the food came out promptly and was prepared as expected. Despite some of the ratings, we had a good experience at this Ihop location.

Always have the most friendly staff! The first time I went here the waitress made me and my girlfriends day because she was so kind! Sadly I don’t know her name. Wait is slightly faster than normal time with great quality food. I love coming here!

The service was not good. I was seated, given coffee then did not see the waiter again until my food was coming which was 40 minutes later. I definitely didn’t expect to wait 40 minutes for some breakfast food. The food was good when it finally did come, That’s about the only thing that was enjoyable about the experience. I’m sure I will not be back for a while.

We were greeted at door. Seated immediately. Very pleasant staff. Our wait staff was Kayla very attentive, friendly and did an amazing job. Food didn’t take long to get all was hot and taste great. Only thing was in omelet we did not get the ham in it, and avacodo should have been added inside rather then on top. Id definitely change the American cheese to a better grade of cheese just a suggestion, and butter toast before sending out. But all in all great service, great food will definitely return.

We were very excited to try the new IHOP addition. My boyfriend and I got the same combo meal which was eggs, meat, hashbrowns, and 2 pancakes. My eggs were supposed to be over medium and were completely overcooked with a hard yolk. Both of our eggs and meats came out barely warm as well. Additionally, when our waitress brought out our food, she told me my pancakes would be done in a few minutes and delivered the rest of our food. We had fully ate the rest of our meals and I still had no pancakes. Our waitress did not leave the bar to go check the kitchen again one time while we were eating and she only had one customer at the bar so there was really no excuse for it. She also never came back to check on us. She then brought us our check and still no pancakes. I then had to remind her about my pancakes and ask for them to be wrapped to go since it had been so long and we were already done eating. She never even apologized or acknowledged her mistake. I wish I had better things to say about our experience.

My experience at IHOP was extremely disappointing. The food tasted terrible, and several of the plates we were given were dirty. Our waitress spent most of the time sitting at a table talking with other employees instead of checking on customers. The empty table behind us remained dirty the entire time we were there (about 40 minutes), and no one came to clean it. We also had to send food back because it wasn’t prepared the way we asked. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience and a complete waste of money.

The waiter and staff were very friendly and checked in often, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the food itself was not good. My over-easy eggs were overcooked, and the bacon was only half cooked. We also waited over an hour to receive our food.
The prices were reasonable, and because the service was kind, I would consider returning in the future once the cooks have had more time for training and improvement.

Brevity is wit. First impression was the service station. Assuming everything else was deplorable (it was), here is a photo of the host / hostess station. It is a permanently affixed bucket of stagnant water and dirty rag. The hostess used it to wash her hands before handing out menus. I’ll let you imagine what followed and anticipate the response to a clearly illegal practice. How anyone decided this was practical, is beyond me.
As a former Consumer Protection Auditor, there is no plausible defense, but I do welcome the explanation on how this is an acceptable practice.
