Mahesh was absolutely fantastic during our visit to IHOP! From the moment we were seated, he greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. He was attentive without being intrusive, checked in at just the right times, and made sure our coffee cups were always full.
He was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and got our order perfectly right. Even though the restaurant was busy, Mahesh stayed calm, friendly, and efficient. It’s clear he takes pride in providing excellent service.
Thanks to Mahesh, our breakfast experience was smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. We’ll definitely be coming back—and we hope to be seated in his section again!

My experience at this location was extremely disappointing. We were seated and waited 35 minutes without being greeted once. No server came to our table, no one offered water, and no one even acknowledged that we were sitting there waiting.
What made the situation worse was that another party came in after us and was greeted and served right away, while we were completely ignored.
The restaurant wasn’t even busy it was a Tuesday morning, and several staff members were standing near the host stand talking in a group while my family were waiting to be helped.
At the very least, someone could have come over to say there would be a wait or brought us water. Instead, we were left sitting there with no communication at all.
This was very poor customer service and it honestly ruined the start of our day. IHOP is decent. We had a pretty good experience except the fact they put a dirty knife in my chicken friend steak. That pretty much ruined the experience for me. The rest of our party thought their food was okay. Nothing spectacular. Nothing terrible.

We ate breakfast here twice on labor day weekend, the staff were amazingly resilient under the pressure of that many people. Especially big families with multiple kids can be hard to serve but they did great. I could see they were all exhausted but they kept serving with kindness and I appreciate that so much. The food is always at some standard here so no complaints. I’ve tried the gluten free Belgian waffle this time and the texture of it was pretty amazing, the taste is a bit more savory than I like but overall cannot complain.

Very good food and service.
The staff are friendly. The food comes out fresh and at a reasonable time. Everything was good. We had the impossible sausage patties which were very good and the veggie omelette with pancakes of course.

I got sat down and my server Valdwin took at least 10 minutes to get to me, so I already knew what I wanted. After I finally got my food and drink he never showed up again. Never got a refill, never asked how I was doing. I had to go and talk to a different server to see what was going on. Really bad service on his part. Only good thing that came out of this was the fact the food was decent.

First time eating at one of these restaurants. First I will say we were originally seated in a dirty booth,we asked if we could move and we did. I feel like there was no management to control the young people that work there. The waitress we had was very nice and helpful. We both had the blue raspberry splash lemonade and that tasted really good. We both had French toast and shared an order of sausage. The food was very good. Delicious! I will say you will need a jacket as it’s very chilly.
