Usual breakfast place was closed so I decided to try this out as it was along the way and it’s been about 5 years since I’ve been to an IHOP.
The service was nice, a bit slow but everyone was super nice to us. The $6 deal menu was pretty dang good for what you get and it is worth coming back for. I got the breakfast sampler and shared some of the meat as it was a bit much. I also saw a sign that there was going to be a combo IHOP and Applebees here soon so it may be interesting to see how this works out

Unfortunately we sat for quite some time as we were sat in a section that belonged to a server named Nancy who decided she just didn’t want to provide us any service. Thankfully Micheal noticed the unusual long wait and lack of service and stepped in, he was very polite, professional and a great person just in general! The food was what you expected from a chain restaurant and could have been a bit warmer. My son enjoyed it and that was the was for our visit!

Update 2/15/26: Came back for a takeout order. Pleasantly surprised! The Double Blueberry Pancake Stack (4 large blueberry pancakes) was delicious! The kid meal (French toast) was generous and comes with one side. We picked a side that included 1 bacon. 1 sausage link, and a scrambled egg – wow!
6/13/25 update: Stopped in for lunch and tried the Fisherman Platter and the Crispy Fish Platter. Both were hot, crispy and delicious. See new pictures and like them if you agree!
Original Review: We went to this IHOP location on a Thursday morning and it was not busy at all. We are used to having to wait at local Perkins and Dennys in the area. Not busy usually equates to not good, but we were pleasantly surprised by the good service by Francisco and the great food. Prices are generally in the $8 to $13 price range, but portion sizes were good.
My wife had the 55+ Breakfast Sampler (1 egg, 1 pancake. 1 sausage link, 1 hashbrown, 1 ham slice, 1 bacon slice). It was great! She really enjoyed the perfectly cooked over easy egg, the hashbrown and the ham!
I had the Philly Cheese Steak Stacker Sandwich. They allowed me to substitute whole grain bread and breakfast potatoes as my side with NO upcharge. It was fantastic, super tasty and very filling.
We will be back! See pics and short video.

Just grabbed a late afternoon lunch (2:00). Besides the two of us, there was only one other group there. We ordered burgers and soup. Both were exceptionally good. Certainly worth returning to check out some of IHOP’s other offerings. That said, service could be improved upon. While our server (1 of 2 waitstaff) was polite and seemed to know the menu very well, however, he was slow in taking our order and following up with us during our visit. Both servers seemed to be more involved on their phones or something else. It certainly wasn’t waiting on other customers. That all said, I would certainly return to give the service another try. Will be interested to learn more about the Applebee’s/IHOP collaboration noted on the sign in the lobby.

A very large and clean IHOP the service was quick, the prices were great. They have a coffee bar too which looks nice. There are tons of seating options and a lot of spaces for larger groups.

Food tasted great and how I expected. Service was slow, but it also seemed unusually busy for them. The cappuccino machine directly in front of me looked dirty (old product caked on it). Found a hair in my breakfast as well, which the server apologized for.

The wait for a table was short. I did have to avoid the scrambled eggs and silverware under the table. The blueberry pancakes were very good. The rest was about average. You’re better off finding a non-chain restaurant for quality bacon and eggs. Service was sparse but friendly.

The staff took forever to seat us and took forever to ask about our drinks of what we wanted to drink for the night. The food was okay but is definitely not somewhere I would ever return again or suggest anybody as the staff is very horrible over there

Our waiter was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and able to handle a large group size. Food was delicious and served quickly. We will be coming back again for sure.

If I could give less stars for the service, I would.
Be careful here, I just caught (legitimately – Manager confirmed – Francisco was pleasant and helpful) the server (Juan) adding money to his tip through increasing the debit on my account despite the slip saying otherwise by almost double.
The food this time was poor: soggy shrimp, undercooked (near raw) burger, green beans that were like rubber, gravy that had solidified in the container (15 minutes after pickup).
Definitely will not come back to this location ever.
*I sent my food complaint to the restaurant itself initially and was told I would receive a refund except for the tip. So to be fair IHOP has listened to my feedback and responded appropriately.*
When I reviewed the charge on my account which took a day to update with the tip added, I noted the incorrect amount and theft.
I did not decide to post this review (I prefer to let the restaurant handle my complaints or compliments directly) until I realized that the server was a thief and has apparently gotten away with increasing the tip more than just on my order because he wouldn’t have done it if he didn’t believe he could get away with it.
Stealing from customers is a great reason for termination in my opinion.
I have never had these issues at the East Side location.
