We had 8 people, (4 adults, 1 toddler) in our group. It was pretty empty at 5pm. The food came to our table pretty fast, and there was 5 gluten free orders. All the food was pretty great. My salmon was kinda dry, the rest was breakfast food. Hey check it out. I think most of their business is in the morning?

IHOP was clean and not too busy at 4:30 in the afternoon. There was eight of us and four of us were children and 5 who were gluten-free.

This time wasn’t as pleasant as the first, food tasted reheated, I was missing tomatoes in my crepes, and the waitress was disappearing, so not able to ask questions or get anything we needed. Overall just bad expirence and it’s too bad because this location WAS better than the others.

I have been here 3 times since it opened. The first experience was fine just a party of 2. So I came in againn second experience we had a party of 10 and the staff although seated us timely. The rest of the experience we felt ignored. It was not that busy. I worked as a waitress before and it’s pretty much known in the industry you don’t ignore large parties. So not too happy we were there all long time. The food didn’t take long it was getting an order taken getting drinks getting the bill. I also noticed no one helps each other there. My parents owned a restaurant and hosts are supposed to help the waitress by getting guest drinks and such and ensure the flow by rounding not sitting in the corner on thier phone. It seemed like everyone was working on thier own with out working as a team. So I went there for a 3rd time and it was worse. Just a party of 2 we were seated by a host with menus we waited like 10 min in our booths no one offered us to get drinks. Another booth who was seated after us got service. So we just left. So I don’t think I will go there again.

The food and service were good. Their new cinnamon bun crepes had a very good flavor, but be aware, it was like eating pure sugar. Very sweet. And for some odd reason, their coffee cups and forks are the tiniest I have ever seen in a restaurant.

Fast and friendly service. Very tasty egg white omelette with avacado, mushroom, tomatoes and pesto. I was impressed.

As always I thought the food was great. However, there were a few individuals on the management team that were extremely rude; not to me per say, but to their staff. On one occasion I could her two people by the names of Connie & Lynn (only because I heard the interaction) treating a female employee with the most degrading name calling I have ever heard. While I believe in coaching and management as I come from operating a 200m dollar plant myself, this was in no way coaching. Belittling staff is a tall tell sign that the ownership needs to be changed and or the place just needs a complete overhaul. Connie and Lynn should be go through some sort of management training.

I was there last Monday, and my server Stephanie was so unprofessional. She was loud and bossy. Didn’t stand still enough for us to finish what we were ordering. Like she didn’t want to hear us. She was more concerned with talking to other servers and sitting down. She was very negative and a negative impact on our experience. Food was good…service was not. Would be back if she wasn’t our server. Or maybe not at all.

Our waitress was smiling and friendly, and came by frequently. My friend got the pancakes which are their specialty and of course delicious. My t-bone steak was thin-cut yet juicy and flavorful. The restaurant was full because it was Saturday morning, but it was still spacious and didn’t feel crowded. Would definitely visit again.

Fast service and great breakfast. Pancakes are the best. I got the classic, but one can get them filled with strawberries or other goodies.
