We were in town for a concert at a local venue and decided to have a bite to eat before heading back to the east side of the state. There were only three employees working, but the experience was surprisingly very nice!
James seated us and was intentive while taking our order. The food came out rather fast, was both hot and fresh, and accurate for the way we had ordered. All of which was remarkable considering the number of people dining vs the number of employees.
The rest of the restaurant seemed to have the same experience as orders were continuously coming from the kitchen to the tables. Both James and Sophie did a incredible job keeping up with the tables while Rojandro was fantastic with getting the orders cooked and ready to serve.
While the visit was at a later hour on a Friday night, we were still in and out under an hour’s time. Quite frankly, the whole visit was such a refreshing show of how a well-trained team can accomplish a great job.
I will plan to return when I’m back in town for other visits, and hope the three employees will be there. They truly deserve high praise for their commitment to customers and the overall experience while at their iHop.

James was awesome! He was so sweet and attentive. He checked on us often and always offered to help. Truly one of the kindest servers I’ve experienced in awhile. I was really down but his positive can-do spirit uplifted me and my husband. We need more servers like him so be sure to let him know he’s doing a great job.

The general manager Kaitlyn is on point with her staff. She’s extremely encouraging to them. I had to stop her while I was eating just to complement the way she was motivating her staff. If she was my boss I would enjoy coming to work. That lady is a GEM!!

After my friends and I got done watching a movie at the theaters, we decided to stop in and get some food. Our server James was really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was amazing. Over all my friends and I are very satisfied with our last minute Ihop trip.

Coffee was extremely bitter. Service was slow and the staff looked unclean and unkept. Our server appeared to be high. Then after delivering our check wiped her face with a bare hand and had nasal drainage that she was sniffing back in. If I had noticed before I would not have eaten. Restaurant was dirty. Pancakes were mushy. Didn’t finish. Definitely won’t be back to that one ever again. Will be avoiding the whole system for awhile.

One day the four of us were debating on where we should go to get something to eat and just be able to have a sit down conversation at, one of my friends brought up IHOP. Now not too long ago my experience at IHOP was not the best which made me let down the idea of going, service wasn’t the best especially going on my birthday I was a bit disappointed. Until recently we met James and he matched our energy, served us with laughs, bringing smiles to our table and nonetheless creating simple conversations that kept our night going. In all we will be coming back without a doubt!

Food was ok. Female Server was the best thing about our dining experience. Restrooms were disgusting, filthy gross garbage on the floor, and overflowing in bins…crazy since the restaurant was empty when we arrived and remained pretty empty during our visit. Coffee pot was filthy. I will never return again. Looks like watered down Tabasco..I know something is wrong with it anyway because I use it at home, and it does not look like that!

It says open 24hrs but there was a sign that said they would start serving tables when first shift starts. That means it’s open, and people are getting paid, but nobody is doing their job until someone else gets there to do it. I left immediately. I’m not going to sit around waiting for people to show up and do what they are paid to do.
