My boys and I we came and ate here and it was good. First we get here and you can smell the good environment and then they greeted us with the smile. They brought our drinks and they took her food order right away within like less than 10 minutes, we got our food, which was amazing nice and hot And it took us about 10 minutes to eat it so then we got desserts. Milkshakes are the best.

The restaurant is clean and the employees are courteous. The food it’s good, but the prices are extremely high. With the average meal going between 15 and 20 dollars. The restaurant is close to a major highway interstate interchange, and this denotes why the prices are so high.

I thoroughly enjoy all of the REGULAR wait staff when I’m dining at the Benton Harbor IHOP. The waitresses are, by far, some of the BEST in the business, honoring and respecting the interactive relationship of customer and staffing in the restaurant industry.
Today, I’ve had the pleasure of being served by Christine H. She was cheerful while appropriately addressing the current extreme weather conditions.

Walked in at for 10 minutes I am handicapped and they took 2 orders before me. I am pissed I will probably walk out no apology or nothing. Do I really wn o eat here? No!!! No excuses for bad service through the door. I had to get up and ask to place an order I drove almost an hour to get here and right off bad service. I am still debating if I would like to eat here !! Apparently this guy is a regular still no excuse. I expect this will be my only time eating here

We stopped there on way back from IL to MI, our last few experiences at IHOP have not been the best. Our server was Christine H. Everything was great, from prompt service to excellent hot food. Keep it Up!!

Very rude staff. Called tonight for a pick up order and was verbally abused over the phone. They were upset that I asked for compensation from my previous order that I paid for and wasn’t given the rest of my food. I was promised compensation on my next order as long as I kept my receipt. I did so. I wasn’t even able to place my order tonight on the phone. I was called a dog and was told I was complaining. The lady that answered the phone huffed and puffed and gave the phone to someone else. It was just a very bad experience and also sad as I was a regular at this store for years and spent a lot of money. I also tipped every order. I will not be back. Disappointed and disgusted.
