This place is so clean. They are very attentive to every customer. The food was spot on the eggs were prepared perfectly. I stopped by this IHOP alone because I was hungry, and I’m so glad I did. I’m usually a shy person and feel nervous going out by myself, but I never felt lonely here at all.
The staff including the manager made me feel genuinely welcome. I even mentioned that I was a little nervous eating alone, and they were so kind and attentive the entire time. Their presence and friendliness really meant a lot to me because I suffer from anxiety.
This experience showed me that going out by yourself isn’t a bad thing at all. The food was great, the service was amazing, and the atmosphere was comforting. 10/10 I will definitely be coming back

It might have been an “off” day, but I wasn’t impressed. I went in on Sunday morning around 7:15. Had to wait a few minutes to be seated even though there were only a couple of tables/booths occupied. Finally got seated and put in my order which was a slice of French toast, two strips of bacon, and a cup of coffee. Had to wait a good 15 minutes just for the coffee. A couple came in after me and got their full order before mine. I was finally able to flag a waitress to ask why my order was taking so long, because now we were going on to close 1/2 hour. She went back and immediately brought my order, which tells me it had probably been sitting under a heat lamp (it was kind of lukewarm). Maybe it’s just me but there are two other restaurants I frequent who are typically much busier than IHOP was and I get served much quicker, with better service. Again, maybe it was an off day but they seemed to be very disorganized when I went. Maybe I will try again another time.

As a food critic, I stopped by this IHOP early in the morning, and it was an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was very clean, which I really appreciated.
The manager was outstanding very kind, respectful, professional, and friendly. She checked on us personally, kept everything running smoothly, and even allowed me to record my food journey for social media, which I truly appreciated.
Now let’s talk about the food 10 out of 10. I tried the steak, pancakes, crepes, burger, the omelettes, shakes, Love the cinnamon dippers in the coffee was top tier, also tried every lemonade flavor. Everything was absolutely delicious. I spent over $200 trying a variety of items, and every single thing was worth it.
This was one of my favorite stops on my trip from Ohio on my way to Detroit. I will definitely be coming back, especially for the steak. Highly recommend this location truly a great experience.

Great service and delicious food! The restaurant was very clean even though it was really busy. I loved how the staff kept checking on us to see if we needed anything and gave great recommendations on the food. The manager was very respectful, responsible, and extremely friendly. She also stopped by to check on us and kept the whole place running smoothly, which I really appreciated. I will definitely stop by again if I’m nearby.

I came to IHOP expecting pancakes, but I left thinking about the water. Somehow, IHOP has perfected what water is supposed to taste like. It’s crisp, refreshing, and so clean it feels like it was filtered through a mountain spring and blessed by breakfast gods. One sip and I was immediately hydrated, spiritually and physically. No weird aftertaste, no chlorine vibes—just pure, elite-level water. Honestly, it set a new standard for all water going forward. I’ll be thinking about this water long after the pancakes are gone.

This restaurant truly stands out for its excellent customer service. Every employee was friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. I especially appreciated seeing the manager checking in with the staff and making sure everything was going well—it really showed strong leadership and care for both the team and the customers. Enjoyed a decent breakfast visit this morning (5/4/2025) while visiting from Virginia. We were greeted warmly and seated promptly, which was appreciated. We ordered the 2-2-2 Breakfast, and it hit the spot—simple and satisfying.
The service was friendly, though we did notice a recurring issue: several of the waitstaff, including our own server, spent extended periods in the back, watching the kitchen pass for food rather than attending to guests in the dining area. At times, the entire floor was left without a visible server for several minutes, leaving some guests waiting for attention.
From my seat, I had a clear view into the kitchen and observed this pattern throughout our visit. Unfortunately, I also saw two separate parties leave after sitting for about five minutes without being acknowledged—missed opportunities that could easily be prevented with more attentive floor presence.
The staff seems capable and courteous, but could benefit from a little refocus on table service during peak times.

First, we were seated and not spoken to for almost 15 minutes. We sat there watching workers twittle their thumbs, chit chat, and not care. When finally addressed to place our srinks, it took me telling the lady 3 times the 3 beverages we wanted. She then returned to tale our order. It was simple ans clearly stated. The food came out cold and it was not correct. She apologized but it was as she was walking away and had an i dont care attitude. It was rude and disgusting. We finally asked for boxes and it took 5 minutes to get someone to stop gossiping long enough to help us again. The service was appalling. The building is run down, poorly ran, and not meant to be serving the community. Extremely disappointed. I would give negative stars if I was able!
