It was clean and lots of seating. Lots of good looking choices on the menu however, we waited a VERY long time for our food and there was hardly anyone there at 1:30pm. Then when our food finally came my order wasn’t what I ordered and I had to send it right back. My fiancee’s steak omelet was good and hot but the hash browns went done yet to go with it. He really enjoyed it. His hash browns finally came when they brought my actual order out. My chicken florentine crepes were messy and my plate was ½ grease but good and his hash browns were only half cooked!
On the receipt they put that I “changed my mind” on the 1st crepes and then ordered the one I actually asked for. Lol
So all in all I’d say it was only a half way good 1st experience with IHop. NOT that impressed with what happened when we went there.

I came here with my parents with a bit of uncertainty after reading all the reviews, but I can say for sure that we had a really great experience here. Our waitress (didn’t get her name) was very nice and checked on us often to make sure we had everything. The food was also very delicious (look at the pictures). If we ever go through this town, I’d definitely return here again!

It started with a crub side order that ended up so wrong I was given meal vouchers as an apology. Used them and was satisfied with the burgers. Went back today and it was terrible. The waitress was cold and borderline rude. No communication, no checking on us, and when I recieved my drink it was a dirty glass. She never came around to check on us. Just plopped down napkins quickly passing us.
Ive also noticed the portions are smaller than they were a month ago. My order was also wrong when recieved. I didn’t get the waitresses name as none was given.

Went for valentines breakfast my friend spent close to 90 dollars ordered coffee to drink waited super long to get it once received waitress forgot creamer asked 2xs for creamer was blown off got food still no creamer so coffee wasn’t enjoyable pre meal finally get creamer coffees cold food was not as it should of been had i of been the one to pay id of requested manager to talk to wait staff if coffee is ordered take creamer automatically even if they dont use it worst dine in experience ever saginaw ihop used to be amazing they ain’t what they used to be I dont think ill ever return to that location

Our experience was overall really good! They got us seated quickly and our food came out quick too. They couldn’t make crepes, so I had to change my order but the waffle was amazing. A good crispy edge! The waitress was very friendly. I appreciated how much fun the cooks were having in the back, and it seemed like a positive and fun work environment. My only small comment is there was a lot of loud cussing coming from the back, and it doesn’t bother me at all but might bother a family with kids. Overall great food and great service!

Showed up around noon on a weekday—empty. Not a single other table. Kinda eerie, like we missed the memo that the place closed. Food was solid, though. Pancakes fluffy and hot, fish dinner flaky and well-seasoned, country fried steak tender with gravy that didn’t taste like it came from a packet. Portions big, prices fair. Kitchen clearly knows what it’s doing. Place was clean—floors spotless, tables wiped, bathroom stocked. No complaints there. Service was polite and quick (hard not to be when you’re the only ones in the building). Just can’t shake the ghost-town vibe. At peak lunch hour? Weird. Makes you wonder if something’s up—slow location, bad word-of-mouth, or just a fluke day. TL;DR: Food good, place clean, service fine—but noon and nobody here? Strange. Worth a stop if you’re hungry, but don’t expect a crowd.
