Wait all that time just to get the wrong order. I was in a hurry. Didn’t check cause I had been waiting for 20 minutes. It wasn’t busy at all. I’m going to dispute it. I didn’t eat it. The sausage look like it was bit. Once I got to my destination, I called to let them know. It wasn’t my order. No one answered the phone. You can’t even speak with anyone. Y’all need new management in there.

We want to this restaurant in the evening hour, so they were not busy when we were there. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and professional manner. I had a dinner plate and pancake. Food was okay, but pancake was great.

I am not impressed with this location in the slightest. For starters, the place is not as clean as one would expect. In addition, it has not been renovated in a few decades at LEAST, it looks like a completely different era in there. The servers are polite in my experience, but on average, far from attentive. Multiple times I have gotten to-go orders, and everything I asked to be removed was on my food. The only good thing here is the price.

I don’t know what they did in the last couple of months but the food comes out hot and presentation is even better… the service has been more consistent… and we always see a manager in the dining room… keep it up IHOP Novi… I know this location will be a hot spot again in no time!!

We used to love coming here. But after today, if we never come again, it’ll be too soon. My shoes literally were sticking to the floors. Our food came out cold (which we waited way too long for). The toilet had poo splattered all over it. And feom what we could see of the kitchen, had we seen it before, we would have walked out.
I cant speak to the other meals, but oke of our meals was considerably smaller than we’ve gotten every other time at a different location. The happy face pancake was thin and small. Thankfully it was for my one year old that doesnt eat much, because that wouldn’t have been enough for my toddler. And certainly wasnt worth the $7.50 price tag.
The waiter was doing his best, but the poor guy was running around like a chicken with his head cut off.

Got in at 10:10 and began a wait for a table, we had a party of 6 and I understand that comes with a slight wait but getting sat only took 5 minutes and then we waited 40 minutes for them figure out who our waiter was (they admitted this) and they manager brought us our waters, the waitress then took out food order and disappeared after that we waited another 35 minutes with nobody checking in on our beverages or to let us know how much longer the food will take.
They were rude in tone and they only one who had any sort of decency was the manager on duty. Seems like he is the only competent one in the place
We never got our food and left the establishment as we were already late to our event.
All together waited 1hr and 15 minutes.

This is my third time at this location. All three times we atrocious. This was the last chance I was giving. Arrived to a long line, with an almost empty restaurant, waited 15 minutes to be seated, 15 minutes for a drink order, 10 minutes to get out drink ( 2 coffees) ordered our food, got the coffee with 2 cups, food stuck to one cup and never was able to get a second cup because nobody has been back to our table at all and it’s been an hour. No food… No drink refresh, employees standing around, overheard one say she isn’t taking any tables… This is honestly the saddest service I have ever seen. I am in the industry myself and there is absolutely no structure or team work here. I won’t be back.
London was very apologetic and tried his best to make everything right.. he was running around trying to make the best out of a horrible shift. So… Shout out to him. Other than that… It was terrible.

the food was genuinely pretty bad. for some reason everything that we got was soaked and moist?? out omelette game out and was sitting in liquid. the burrito was soggy. the crepes we had were sour. like i think we were eating expired food. the customer service was great, our waiter colin was very nice and helpful. but i do not recommend eating here.

We waited 30 mins to be sat down, we waited 20 more minutes to be seen only for us to wait almost 2hours for our food. I’ve never waited that long for food ever pretty disappointed.
London the server was great he did everything he could to help. He mentioned the kitchen staff was having issues.
To end this horrible experience i went to the restroom only to find a worker with phone in hand while using the urinal and he just walked right out without washing his hands I instantly became nauseous. It wasn’t a server it was definitely a cook or dishwasher

Sat down and waited over an hour to get 4 orders of pancakes. 3 tables around us sat down 20 minutes after and were able all get served food before us (chicken n waffles even). The server was extremely slow and the eggs OMG talk about chemical poison. I spit out all the food and was soo disgusted by it. This was a one and done place. Never again!
