Hello.
This place is nice. I parked my truck at the truck stop, (spend $50-24hrs free).
Came in, relaxed, had their delicious coffee and enjoyed warm meal and took some to-go.
As for the kitchen, i think i was missing my hash brown, other than that, everything was pleasant, clean environment, delicious food, calm music, smells neutral, loved it. No complaints at all.
An employee named Kilgore was very nice to me. He served my food, showed manners, treated other guests and myself – very well. I value that.

We came here around noon for some brunch. Upon arrival the restaurant was very clean up front. For whatever reason the host took us to the sun room area. I was so distracted looking at the view I didn’t seem to notice the floor. It’s disgusting. They mop the rest of the restaurant and seem to completely neglect this small area of floor. I thought that was strange until our waitress came to greet us. She came walking towards us and I thought oh God no. Unfortunately she looked like she hadn’t washed her shirt since she first received it. It had red glitter, flour (or some kind of white powder) and just crusty food all over it. She was dirty. She stunk like body odor to high heaven, to where every time she walked into the small sun area her smell filled the area. She was very polite but there was one problem. When she approached our table she took our drink order, when she came back she said she was sorry it took too long, it was because she was busy washing our cups because they were all dirty.
I paused in disbelief. This poor girl seems to have been assigned this area because of her appearance, but she was making it a point she was a clean person. I feel really bad for her. I wanted to take the manager aside and ask him what the hell is he doing sending any customers to that corner of the restaurant. Literally the whole other part of the restaurant was nice. With nice clean well dressed and presentable people and staff. It’s like they’re sending suspected truckers to this particular corner of the restaurant idk.
The food wasn’t good. My sausage links were cold and seemed dehydrated. My hash browns were mildly warm and seemed like they weren’t even cooked in the center of the heap. The pancakes tasted old and had a bad texture. Both of our stomachs are upset today.
Only one thing made this entire experience worth it. The waffles!!! I ate those glorious strawberry cream cheese waffles and will again. Next time I will be requesting a booth and I won’t be nice about dirty people serving me. It’s unacceptable and the manager should be ashamed. His staff represents him and his restaurant. Next time send the girl home for the day and explain she has to take a shower and wash her uniform every day. I am a local and I’m ashamed you guys have that one section all dirty and nasty. Clean it up!!!!

I went there a few weekends ago and after being sat Chad who I assume was a higher manager came and greeted me and my friend. He was SUPER friendly and had so much aura. He joked about my friend saving him some of her pancakes and pretended to grab her plate. Great guy would come again.

Stephanie gave excellent service! She was welcoming right away, stayed attentive without being overbearing, and kept everything moving smoothly. Our order was accurate, drinks were refilled quickly, and she had such a positive, friendly attitude the whole time. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. Great experience because of her!

This place is absolutely horrible and whoever the cook is should be fired for even letting this out of the kitchen. It’s unacceptable and disgusting. I got takeout from there recently and this is how my food came. Do better IHOP. It’s IHOP Not rocket science learn how to use your brain.

I came in on a Saturday morning at the place was pretty busy. I had apprehensions before going due to the resteraunt being attached to the truck stop. Stephanie (my server) really took care of me, very attentive and just a very nice and friendly person. She even chatted with my 3 year old and complimented her outfit (She wore a Disney princess dress) Food was amazing!! Will definitely be returning!

Not a good dining experience. Waited to seated for almost 5 minutes with no one up front. I walked back to get someone’s attention to be seated. Upon being seated was given a dirty booster seat. I went to my car to get wipes (they were frozen go figure). I asked for disinfectant wipes, was told they didn’t have any(which is odd for a place that handles and serve food to NOT have disinfectant wipes). I thought they would at least switch it out for another seat but didn’t. Waitress wiped it down with a dingy cloth. Went to the flying J for wipes to seat my baby. The food was undercooked. The hashbrowns were two different colors and nothing was hot. The cleanliness was completely absent from this restaurant. Would not come here again!
