Very disappointing experience. We went in around 12:30, and the restaurant was almost empty — only two tables occupied in the entire place. We were seated, but then waited nearly 20 minutes without a single staff member coming over to greet us, take a drink order, or even acknowledge us. It honestly felt like nobody was working there. Eventually, we just got up and walked out. Extremely disappointed and not the experience we expected at all.

What I got which by the way was 19$
I received a super old salad… thats not only smells so old! I got these mini pieces of chicken and no strawberries on this 19$ Berry salad.
When I called he said if I’m unhappy about portion sizes take it through the delivery person. Okay that’s cool. But for someone to even put This in my bag and serve this… unacceptable! For 19$ u gave me this? this isn’t about portion, people who order should get the same service as sitting in person. The smell alone will have this in the trash. This should not have been served.

Came here over the weekend there were only two females workers our server was on the phone had her AirPod in and couldn’t bother to finish up our service while the other female worker was cleaning every table she sat looked like misery only one server it got busy and service got more terrible . Never got my drink togo took 40min to cash out the table the server kept walking in the kitchen while talking on the phone and taking food to the other guest . The women that was cleaning up looked frustrated but very respectful helping everyone including the group of people trying to cash out their meals . Need more night service workers or better service I offered to tip the young lady cleaning but the server in red took it upon herself. Overall 0/10 experience besides the food hope it gets better.

We showed up on Saturday noon we waited about 10 to 15 minutes for table . The booths looked very nice, but they are only made for really thin people with the space between the table and the back of the chair. As you can see from my pictures the food looks really good but had some issues. My strawberry on my french toast was frozen in the middle and the omelette was super salty. The waitress was really kind but seemed to have to many tables . Our food showed up and we had no utensils to eat with we had to call someone over to bring us silverware . We asked for more coffee it look long time to get it and by the time she brought the pot to our table we were done with the meal and ready to leave .

I have had positive experiences each time I eat here, There is usually plenty of room, quick service, Order is accurate, Food is cooked perfectly every time and order is just as requested. Price is fair and wait staff is friendly and attentive as needed. Good service by all. I would recommend and return, great breakfast, flavors are right on point, all items cooked well and proper. Coffee is really bitter and a little pricey. The bathroom was clean and well maintained.

My family and I used to not like this location but now we can’t get enough. There has been such a turn around. J the manager and the rest of the staff have been great. I honestly can’t say anything was wrong the last few times I’ve been. Food has been hot, fast and good. Staff was nice, prices are okay and the place has been clean. Good job IHOP Dearborn Hgts!

Stopped in today for breakfast and I have to say I was not pleased. Meal came out cold. So cold to the point my cheese was not melting in my eggs. 2nd meal eggs were over cooked. Should have had over easy but they were fired hard and dark on the bottom.
The restaurant also need some housekeeping. Dirty tables with plates stacked around.
Our waitress Ariana H was very pleasant and friendly. She actually took the cold food off the bill and offered for them to remake it but he just said no. Not her fault the experience was blah

Emerald was by far the BEST waitress i have had in a really long time.
Not only was she serving food but as soon as the guest left she prepared the table for the next guest.
I was thoroughly impressed with her.
The food was delicious as well.
I would definitely dine at this location again.
