terrible service. went in to pick up and order after waiting almoatv10 minutes employee came up didn’t acknowledge me another came up, I asked him for the order he said 5 minutes. apt 10 minutes later another employee came up and asked if I was helped. told her what happened and gave the name she grabbed the order which clearly was already prepared behind her ( previous employee didn’t even look) food ice cold and juice warm.

20/10 would recommend! I went in and placed a catering to go order that was slightly complicated. I wanted to substitute some items and they totally worked with what I wanted. The staff was super friendly, generous, and understanding. When I went to pick up the food, it was ready on time (even a little early and I wanted to pick it up before the even officially opened), packed beautifully/very organized, and nothing was missing. They even helped me load my car! The food was delicious! Will definitely be ordering from them again!!!!!!!

i came here today for my birthday and the service was horrible. Our waitress wasnt very nice or social. It took her about 10 minutes just to ask us for our drinks. The pop tasted so bad.. like dusty water mixed with pop, so we didnt drink those. The food wasnt too bad but it wasnt very good. mediocre. And the place was dirty. The ceiling tiles are disgusting and there was syrup all over the sign at the table. Just not good.

Waitress did a good job and was very sweet and nice. Immediate impression of the place was not too great and has a weird smell as soon as you walk in.. I worked in pest control for a while and lets just say its a very familiar smell. The corners of the floors are caked in what looks like grime that hasnt been touched in years. Bathroom also smells like sewage and there was weed in the sink. I didnt finish my plate, which also tasted a little off, almost like the meat was double frozen or sat out over night. (I got serloin tips and eggs). Paid my bill and gave the nice little waitress girl a good tip. She did a good job, but highly doubt ill come back.

Service was great, we went in later at night and ended up being the only ones in the restaurant. We had quick service and a great waitress, My only issue with this location was it needs a good cleaning especially the bathrooms. When we walked in everyones shoes were sticking to the floor from entry to exit, and we couldn’t help but notice the roof is leaking, some tiles have straight mold right above where we ate, hopefully the restaurant can address that! Otherwise good value and overall a good experience

Definitely my worst experience at IHOP. The silver ware we got was so dirty and we had to ask for new ones. The syrup stand was filthy and the waitress forgot to give the person that was with me coffee and the extra butter that we asked for. The food was good but the silverware definitely threw us off for the whole meal.

My granddaughter and I went here today for lunch. We walked in and we were not greetedfor at least 5 minutes. When we were greeted it was not a pleqsant one. She was acting like we were bothering her. This was not a good way to start out. We were finaly sat and the seat she set us at the table and floor was wet. The swat was ripped and there was tape on it that was coming off. Very uncomfortable. The server we had was amazing and all of our food waa the way we wanted it. Unfortantly there needs to be some work done on the atmosphere and some staff!

One of the worst location you can take your family, don’t waste your time and money here. The manager extremely rude talking about you have to Ask for water , it’s not a courtesy . We ate our food without water, I guess you drink coffee with your food. Hire a manager that has common sense, 1st and last time in this location.

So I went to the Roseville location after a long time and let me tell you it’s really run down. First I was disappointed that they didn’t have the vegetarian sausage which is primarily the reason I went to ihop. Secondly the restrooms smelled and was very dirty. The seats in the booth had holes in it. Food was just ok, but for the price it needed to be better! The only thing that saved me from giving less stars is the service! I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon!
