IHOP always has tasty, well-made dishes, and they are at decent prices. Sometimes, they have an extremely long wait for food, but the waitresses are friendly and will make sure to keep checking on you. The syrups they offer for the pancakes are mouth-watering! This is my second review in 3 years, and my review has not changed! The waiter was helpful, always made sure our drinks were refilled, didn’t make us feel rushed, and was super sweet. I ordered an omelett, and it was cooked to perfection. Nothing was burnt. Nothing was mushy, perfect bite every single time. The meat was cooked to perfection inside of the omelet, and the cheese has a decent pull to it. The pancakes were hot, and each bite was an experience in itself, I got the original and the cheesecake pancakes, and they definitely didn’t disappoint. Fresh strawberries and cool whip on top of the specialty pancakes, a fresh slice of butter melting into the top of the original pancakes and multiple flavors of syrup to choose from. Every bit of my experience was a good one. They do get quite busy, pretty often, but the restaurant was quiet, clean, and there was a happy atmosphere when we stopped by. 5 stars all around for a second time in a row in a three year span.

I got the breakfast sampler as I normally do and, as I expected, it tasted pretty good. It comes with buttermilk pancakes, hash browns, bacon, ham, sausage, and eggs. Make sure to get the eggs sunny-side up because it tastes better that way. I like the sampler because you get a good variety of food for a decent price.

Barbie the manager was so sweet and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable right away and genuinely cared about making sure everything was okay. You can also tell she really cares about her team, which made the whole experience even better.

If I could give a review on just the service I would. Food was great. Nothing wrong about that. We had arrived and waited for about 10 minutes in the lobby while all the servers were looking at us. So we decided to look at the menus that were sitting on the table at the entrance which was no big deal. Then when Margaret finally greeted us, she said in a rude tone to just bring the menus we were looking at. She goes to seat us in an OPEN dining area and we kindly asked for a booth. She acted like it was the end of the world. So she still sits us in a half booth half table. Whatever. We just sat down. We got our drinks fast and when she came back to ask if we were ready we asked for a few mins and she huffed and puffed. Food came out fast but we NEVER saw her again. No napkins, dirty silverware, drinks were gone. Only time we saw her was to pay our bill. She never said “you’re welcome” or smiled. We gave her a $2 and honestly didn’t even deserve that. Seeing some of these other reviews, I’m guessing they’re about her too. We watched another server try and serve all her tables and clean while Margret sat and hid in the kitchen. Do better. We won’t be back to this location.
