Kaylynn was an exceptional server, being the only available one to wait 22 people (4 tables where half were kinda drunk) at 3-4am. I felt really bad so she deserved a good tip with her service. She was good at communicating how long our food would be and attentive to our needs. Food was delicious (especially the cinnamon bun crepe).

Food was incredible and service was great especially on New Years Day in the evening. Kyra and her trainee were quick to take our order, refill out drinks, and bring us the food.

If I could rate zero stars I would. I have gone here multiple times and order to go and never had food uncooked. I got today I order strawberry banana pancakes hasbrowns eggs and bacon. My other ordered rhe same but then changed his to the cheesecake pancakes. I get my food no banana on them. Hash browns are cold not lukewarm, cold. I dont say anything. She brings everyone at the table a refill but me and doesn’t even ask. I get to the center of my pancakes and it is nothing but pure pancake batter. I then tell the waitress who gets an attitude, she says I guess I can have them fix them. I wait politely. She finally brings them out I ask for a to go box but when I go to put the worse than before pancakes with this time no banana no whip cream just strawberry syrup and again more undercooked pancakes full of pancake batter. We then get the manager I show him and his excuse is we changed the cream cheese to cubes. Sir, I didn’t have cream cheese they are strawberry banana pancakes. He would not hear me out. I told him I’ve even ordered the cheesecake kind a week ago and they were not full of batter. He then goes and talks to my waitress who comes back and says if you would have told me you wanted banana on them I would have gotten them. I said it was not about the banana I didnt even bring up the fact you guys didn’t add the banana its the fact my food is full of batter and not cooked to even reasoning to just deal with it. Batter was just falling out of the sides. It was very gross. All of our pancakes were like that we did not eat them. Then she stood over us like we were not going to pay or something I told her I’m using my app I will grab you when I am ready so you dont have to wait on us because they just got after church rush Come in. She then runs my card on my app and says I think you paid. I’m like well did it go through because if it didn’t I want to make sure you all are paid. Very rude service. Very awful food. I live near by and I will never return to this location after the rudeness. I am a paying customer and I overlooked the cold hashbrowns and my strawberry banana pancakes failing to have banana on them but I can’t just eat pancake batter and pay 50 dollars for some batter that we aren’t going to eat that is poor customer service. No refill nothing just because I told you my pancakes were batter filled I was not mean I was not hateful I was not loud I was very quiet and even embarrassed to tell them. Then get treated like I am a problem. I’m a paying customer like everyone else.
Not to mention when I ordered my last to go order I ordered bacon and got sausage and still tried to come back for another shot.

When being sat, the menus had hair on them. We brushed it off at first. Our waiter was extremely polite and helpful so none of this was his fault. BUT! The table did not seem to be cleaned properly, there were crumbs and hair on the window ledge and inside the condiments container. When our food came, one of my friends were given the wrong type of side(he wanted medium eggs and ham, but instead was given scrambled with bacon). It was fine, we just simply asked for his correct sides. That then proceeded to take an extra 15/20 minutes after everyone received their food. Not only was there a mix up on the food, another one of my friends asked for scrambled eggs with cheese. She was given scrambled eggs with shredded cheese that wasn’t even melted and was cold! Again, waiter was great, but everything else was terrible. I expected better from this establishment and am HIGHLY disappointed!!!

Mark was the absolute best server I’ve ever had in any restaurant, he was friendly, helpful and punctual, 10/10 would 100% eat here again and I live like 2 hours away! Thanks mark! Thanks for being an amazing person!

The food tasted good but was cold. Our server Kaylynn did a stellar job! And no, we didn’t complain about cold food because it’s late and we wanted to get home. I’m sure Kaylynn would’ve taken care of it if we asked!! All in all it was good!

Food was great. Midnight service was amazing. Kaylynn was our server and she was awesome sauce! She got our food out to us in a nice and timely and she was so nice. 10/10 would recommend eating here at midnight.

Real quick and simple, I made my order online(for my lunch break at work). My pick up time was 1206p. Got there at 1204p and left at 128p. Got back to work and my food was very poorly made. The customer service was terrible, down to the manager. Adding in a picture of my omelet.

Had such a great experience at IHOP in Bloomington! The food came out fresh, fast, and perfectly cooked, but what really made the visit stand out was our server, Kyra. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed the moment we sat down. Drinks stayed full, she checked in without hovering, and she had such an upbeat attitude that it brightened the whole meal.
You can tell she cares about her customers, and it made the visit more memorable than just breakfast. If you go, definitely ask for Kyra — she’s the kind of server who turns a simple meal into a great experience. I’ll absolutely be coming back!
