We’ve tried picking up food from here a couple times. It’s not been good experiences. The most recent time part of our order was 3 omelets that included mushrooms. The mushrooms were really expired. As soon as we brought the bags with our food into our car it stunk – that bad mushroom kind of seafood smell. The avocado on the one omelet we ordered with avocado was also bad having turned very brown. The staff are friendly, but the service can be slow, and the food not great with small portions. I wish we had a better dinner with hashbrowns made in the style of IHOP or Denny’s over here. We ended up throwing out 3 omelets.

The atmosphere was welcoming and pleasant. The food was pretty decent, my wife’s onion rings were delivered to our table really cold. My fried steak wasn’t wasn’t as hot or warm as it should’ve been, but I don’t complain much in a restaurant. Another member of our party had issues with his food as there were 7 of us. Our waitress was forgetful, but she had a great attitude and made sure we were taken care of.

September 2025: I ate here during for a weekday lunch. I was craving an omelette. The place was not packed with patrons, like other restaurants in the area. Ambience has that diner feel. Just relax, chill and enjoy my meal. My server was right on and excellent. My omelette was the best I’ve had and the pancakes exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return.

So the food didn’t tasted good to me i had to wait to be seated even though there was barely anyone there. The staff saw us and other people waiting and just ignored us. I even heard one of the waitstaff, say some rude things about a customer there. Which I felt was very inappropriate. All the customer wanted was a few more strawberries for his french toast.And when she stepped away from him, she started saying rude things about him like how he looked and stuff because he was older
And it didn’t look very clean either. So I do not recommend this place

Visited IHOP after not going for 3+ years and I was very impressed with the service, speed and food. Jessica brought out both our food and drinks quickly and helped my husband when he was making a mess with the creamer. The Tres leches pancakes were amazing!! I also enjoyed my bacon omelet. I would definitely love for Jessica to serve us again!

Well me and my 3boys was standing in front waiting for someone for 15minutes..patiently ..crazy thing the place was empty few customers were in there..we weren’t greeted, acknowledged..anything..one lady looked at us and sat down and ate.. workers were coming out the kitchen but no one came..I just called three times and nobody answers..again the place was LITERALLY LIKE customers 2-3kids and one family..needless to say I see why it was empty.. didn’t get a chance to get food..customer service was horrible ..rating actually a negative..we really wanted to sit and eat but unfortunately that didn’t happen. We were in Clarksville Indiana on veterans parkway

My boyfriend and I were at this location about a week ago. We were there around 11:30pm. A gentleman came and sat us very quickly and took our drink order and then our food order. About 15 minutes later our food came out. The young woman that brought out our food informed us she would be our new server. She dropped off our food and left. She did not return to the table for the duration of our meal. Our order was wrong and the hash browns were cold. We never got refills. We had to ask the original gentleman that sat us and took our order for our check. He came back with an iPad. I said I was paying cash and would need change. He took the money to the back and gave it to the manager to get change. The manager went into the office made change and then came out laughing and swinging the cash in the air and handled it to the “new” server. She came to the table with my bill (which at this point it was the first time I was seeing it) and stood there while I counted out my cash to pay her. There were 3 other tables in the restaurant while we were there. A two top which appeared to be someone who worked there with a friend or spouse. A 3 top and a table of about 8 teenage boys whom by the time we left still had not ordered anything but drinks. We definitely will not be back.
