Haven’t been to an IHOP in years, used to be good. But like most chain restaurants it’s gone way down hill. The breakfast we ordered was eggs, bacon, hash browns and pancakes. It took 30 minutes to get our cold food. The butter wouldn’t even melt on the waffle my wife got or the pancakes. The restaurant wasn’t busy by any means, it wasn’t that clean either. I would avoid this location unless you’re starving like I was. It was edible and expensive. That’s about it.

Went today at noon and we were seated right away. The young lady that served us (forgot her name) was top notch. It didn’t seem too busy and our food was served in a reasonable amount of time. The lemon ricotta crepes and lemon ricotta french toast were an interesting but delicious combination. The sirloin salisbury steak and mushroom sauce were surprisingly well seasoned and even the mac and cheese was pretty good. It didn’t taste like your typical Kraft boxed mac and cheese. The red skin mashed potatoes and buttermilk chicken were flavorful. Chocolate chip pancakes were nice and fluffy as usual. If you enjoy lemonade and drinks with some tartness to it you have to try the red passion fruit splasher. It has currants and is not too sweet or too sour. Turkey bacon, hash browns were good nothing special there. Scrambled eggs were overcooked and hot chocolate was not as creamy or sweet as I’d expect. We were in a rush so I didn’t get to check the restrooms. If I could I’d give it a 4.5. This rating takes into consideration the expectations and previous experiences with other IHOPs.

Bast trip to IHOP in years. The staff was phenomenal. Our server was excellent and very attentive. Food was cooked to perfection. Timely. Reasonably priced. Good value. Restrooms were clean.

This location could use a face lift. It is old and tired looking. The bathroom (women’s) was clean. We were seated right away and food came quickly. We ordered breakfast on a weekday mid morning. Our server never came back to check on us once the food was delivered. I paid over $3 for a cup of coffee and had to wave down the manager to get a refill. The 2x2x2 was your usual breakfast fare but it was hot and everything tasted fresh. We may or may not return. Haven’t decided that yet.

Im not even sure how they are still open. When we got there there was one lady running everything. She looked off but my very young kids were hungry and had picked this place so we waited to be sat. Once sat it took a while for this one person to get our drinks. The coffee was the nastiest thing I have ever drank. A kid at another table started throwing up all over and NO ONE CAME TO CLEAN IT! it took so long for everything to come out. My baby’s food never came out so I had to ask where it was. And on top of that the amount of money I paid to eat here with my kids was 40$ and we could have gone somewhere that was CLEAN and well staffed!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I would give negative stars if I could. Smh horrible.

Went eat brunch arrived at 12:20 was seated ordered our food at 12:25 order a salad to at the same time of my order food came at 1:00p.m. after eating our food only to find out that my salad wasn’t ready it was a chicken Caesar on top of it all they didn’t have any Caesar dressing to make things even didn’t get out of there until 2:15 ather wait on the salad we was going to leave and forget the salad but couldn’t find the waitress although her service was awesome!!!
