Place was practically empty. Nice people but food was no where near the pictures and sent it back to be remade. Plus there were two long, curly red hairs in my husbands food. We paid for the coffee l, left a nice tip for the waitress and went to Callahan’s. We wish them well.

We were seated in the middle of the restaurant, packed in between two full tables like cattle. The server was quick to seat us and take our order but then we waited 35 minutes for anyone to check on us or bring any refills. Our food came 45 minutes after ordering. The food was not worth the price. The omelet was very salty and tasted like a chewy can of spinach and there was hardly any sauce on the burger. The server was very nice but very inattentive. I understand they were busy and possibly short staffed but the amount of wait time between refills and even seeing a server was unacceptable.

That only staff member there besides the cook was great, friendly, and pleasant to talk to. She was phenomenal at 5am. It was the food that was lacking. Being a group 4 and the only people there at 5am, you would expect everything to be piping hot, but alas it didn’t happen. Everything was either luke-warm or cold. One of our party had to send hers back to be reheated since the cheese on her omelet was not even melted, with how cold it was. Server was great 5 stars but the food for being cold was only 3.

i had a doordash order and someone stole my food ihop remade it for me fresh and hot even though they wasnt obligated to. The lady i spoke to on the phone about the situation was very sweet beautiful customer service!!

Surprised to see how quite it was only a few people but I enjoyed the quietness. Wait staff nice friendly quick look like she was alone but handle our service/ order very well got the Chicken & Waffle Very Good boyfriend got Got Cowboy BBQ Delicious. IHOP got 5 ✨ will be back again Customer Service Was Great.

Couldn’t tell you what the food was like because we never got to order
Came here 9/21 at 5:45 am before going to work and were the only people in the entire restaurant
The server seemed really bothered by our presence and took over 20 mins and still hadn’t come back with 2 drinks so we left
I had asked for iced coffee and was also told they don’t have the machine to make that.. no you mean you’re too lazy to brew some?

The top reasons that I can go to this I hop is because they serve gluten free pancakes, plus the advertised price as shown on t.v..
The gluten free pancakes have changed to much smaller and very thin. Thought it was a mistake at first but was told that this was the new way they are made. Gluten free has an upcharge to get and yet they are small and hardly a mouthful.
The ad on t.v. shows a 2 egg, 2 bacon,2 pancakes for 6 dollars but that was not honored here, its almost double now. Won’t be going here any longer.
