My family decided to have a late night breakfast and agreed to visit the location. I almost exited the establishment after noticing a robust and pungent smell of sewage. There is obviously a problem that needs to be addressed because it can ruin your appetite. I asked to sit far away from the area that smelled badly. Their was one host who was multi-tasking. She had to seat all guests and perform the waitress duties, too. The establishment is under staff. However, she maintained a professional demeanor and was very poised. I could not tell if she was flustered or frustrated. She simply did what is required. Lastly, I was surprised because the food was good. The pancakes and bacon were good. My eggs were cooked slightly too hard. Overall, it is affordable and delicious.

Went for breakfast. 3 adults and a child. Service was horrible. Place wasn’t busy but all 3 servers were too busy with conversation to take care of the guests. Finally we get place our order. Drinks were ordered and never once refilled. We weren’t even given silverware and could not get any help from employees and had to scaveng from empty tables. Worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant ever.

The food here is great, especially their pancakes. I ordered a strawberry lemonade and it came with whole strawberries in it, which says a lot about the quality of their recipes and ingredients. I have also noticed that the franchise changed the design of their menus and restaurant to be more modern but still inviting.

This was my first time eating at this particular IHOP. My Friend and I both agreed that we will NEVER come back here again. Service was terrible and the floor was slippery. The Sausages were burned and they didn’t get replaced until the end of the meal.
