Me and my family decided to visit and our server Janiya did everything we asked perfectly. Food was out in less than 25 minutes she also gave our kids ice cream sundaes! Definitely excited to be served by her again!

FIVE STARS! WOW WERE WE BLOWN OUT OF THE WATER OR SHOULD I SAY SYRUP! we were driving home from a long lasting movie theater experience when we were taken aback by a beautifully designed glowing sign in the distance. we both looked at each other and knew instantly what had to be done. we immediately turned into the parking lot and were welcomed by a neon red smile, we knew were in the right place…I HOPped out of my car with exhilaration. we walked to the front door and were met with the smiling face of the host. we immediately felt like we were at home, the warm and cozy environment drew us further in. after we were seated we were quickly greeted by our server. he got our drinks within thirty seconds, some might call him the flash. i wanted extra ice but was too worried to voice my opinion as i had been shut down in my previous endeavors, but it was like the flash read mind and brought me my cup of water with a 75% ice and 25% water ratio. directly after receiving our drinks, he gave us lots of knowledgeable answers to all of our tough menu questions. we eventually decided on the legendary pancake of the month, THE COOKIE BUTTER PANCAKE STACK. my associate also inquired about some hashbrowns (who am i to say no…) after finishing our order our food came out in what felt like three minutes (time goes by quick when ur having fun) we were speechless as our waiter placed a perfect stack of cookie butter pancakes in front of us. where do i even begin here. when i say perfect i mean PERFECT. when i stuck my fork in that stack i could feel my heart melt just as the butter on top of that full stack was melting. I could feel myself salivating as the deliciousness came closer towards my mouth. our waiter also brought us his own personal recommendation, a chocolate syrup side dish. he told us that this was his secret touch to the already perfect stack of pancakes. he deserves a nobel peach prize to be honest. the hashbrowns were incredible. those beautiful crispies, so golden, they made my heart drop. after all of this i was convinced i had to be sitting in the single greatest establishment in america. on top of the PERFECT FOOD AND SERVICE, the ambience and interior design was top notch. i was extremely surprised when i did research on this establishment that it did not even have a michelin star. i would recommend this restaurant til the day i die. FIVE STARS THROUGH AND THROUGH.

Waitress came to take our order and instead of putting it in she proceeded to another table to take that order. Time was 20min by the time order was in system. Ordered coffee and water (husband and I) only one water brought out. I got the Big Breakfast Burrito I requested no pepper jack cheese but cheddar, no cheese in it at all. Mine came with a side, I got the hash browns which the waitress after bringing us our meal, I asked for my hash browns, she said it didn’t come with any and I said yes (clearly seen in the menu that I took home) called me a LIAR and said mine doesn’t come with that. Just a burrito. My husband ordered the Big Steak Omelette which also came with the side so he ordered hash browns which he got. Ran out of coffee..
watching the girls in the back flipping their hair, twirling it around, playing with the ponytails and braids..just disgusting since it was in the back where the food comes from.

Came in around 2pm today for lunch. Wasn’t busy in the restaurant and we immediately sit down. Awesome. My wife and I both order coffee and the server, Diana, immediately brings it out and takes our order. My wife gets the chicken sandwich and I the country fried steak with a side of bacon. She asks if there’s anything we need and I mention coffee creamer and she says she’ll be right back. 5 mins go by and no coffee creamer or Diana. 10mins go by and no coffee creamer or Diana. Flagged down another waitress and got our coffee creamer and also silverware so we can stir it. A few minutes go by and Diana brings out our food except my wife’s order wasn’t there Diana brought out a hamburger for her and I didn’t have my bacon. Diana apologizes and takes it back in and about 15mins later Diana brings out the rest of the order. Overall I can understand if they’re slammed but there were maybe 4 tables with other customers.

Servers seemed to be on it. My server checked up at a timely manners and from my observation everyone else seemed on it cleaning tables immediately. I I had minor issue just needed crispier bacon and was fixed. Appreciate the attention given.

IHOP has always been my favorite place for breakfast, which is why this experience was so disappointing.
Around 2:00 a.m., the manager on duty provided absolutely terrible service. I first ordered two coffees and some food. When the coffee arrived, it was cold, extremely light, and had no flavor at all. I politely asked if he could bring me a stronger coffee, and he said no, claiming the machine makes it and he can’t do anything about it.
I then asked for more coffee because the pot he brought was basically empty. When the new pot arrived, it was again cold and tasted like dark water, not coffee at all.
At that point, I asked if I could get a different drink since the coffee clearly did not meet IHOP’s standards, and I also said I was not going to pay for what was basically chocolate-colored water. That’s when the manager became upset and rude, saying that because I had already tasted the coffee, he could not change the drinks and still wanted to charge me for them.
His attitude was arrogant and unprofessional. Because of this, I had no choice but to cancel everything and leave. If he didn’t want to work, he should have stayed home.
Very disappointing experience at a place I usually love.
