Quite possibly the worst service and food that I’ve ever experienced at an IHop. The pancakes were tiny and thin. The potatoes were so overcooked and dry that they couldn’t be chewed. Service was poor. We had our food before our coffee and no one checked up on us. After complaining at checkout we received a simple, “oh, sorry.” No sense of customer service. Poor management.

I was immediately greeted when I walked in. My server Lily was extremely friendly and knowledgeable with the menu. She gave me her favorite recommendations. Her strawberry splasher recommendation was exactly what I needed. 10/10 recommend.

our food was served to us COLD… this isn’t the first time either. if i could leave review worse than a 1 star i would. i would highly not recommend coming to athens ihop. it also took forever to get checked in and checked out. the service was very slow and they still wouldn’t give us a full refund. worse experience.

Very rude manager, disrespectful to my father who’s a disabled vet. Won’t ever. Won’t ever. Won’t ever go there again. And district manager lied to me as well. Won’t ever go here. And the local tire shop said you shouldn’t have gone there bad service. That should tell you everything you need. And this is supposed to be a cheese steak no onions.

Our server Leah is awesome! She has been waiting on us for years. In fact we won’t eat there when she isn’t working. We love her. She always treats us like family and knows what we want and has our drinks ready before we get seated most of the time. The food was good and hot. Exactly what we ordered.
