The food was great, the prices were awesome for the amount of food I got, and everything was clean and looked nice. It was kinda noisy and the food took a while, but that might have been an other guest issue less than a restaurant issue. Those New York Cheesecake pancakes are borderline life changing and everything else was prepared very well. My friend got the French toast and enjoyed it a lot as well. Great stuff, worth the wait, and left plenty of time to talk and eat unlimited pancakes.

When we first got there we had to wait for a few minutes which was fine because they had to grab more silverware. Then we got sat down and got asked what we wanted to drink. I said chocolate milk ,they were out , okay thats fine , I just got hot chocolate. Then my friend ordered tea she was re filling the cup with the tea kettle . The server asked if she wanted another kettle of water she said yes but the server never brought it. We were in there first but got served last. I Then asked for two to go containers and the server seemed to be mad that I asked. I went up to pay and paid then asked what we wanted to tip. I tipped no problem but I asked for a bag but the server seemed to be mad about that as well. Food was good though , the restaurant was clean .

We were seated at a booth and both seats were split open with one had been taped shut but it was worn and was opening again. We had to wait almost an hour for our food. I had ordered scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage patty (which I was given bacon,) and wheat toast. My husband’s order was correct. My eggs were dried out and looked like they had been sitting for a long time. Our toast was not ready and the waitress said no one had put the toast down in the toaster for her, so it would be two minutes for our toast. Another couple who were sitting across from us were told they didn’t have the French fries ready and it will be two minutes for them! Tables were not being cleared off. The kitchen was definitely the issue. The place needs a new manager and new cooks if it is going to stay open. Terrible experience and we won’t be going back there.

We brought students from Community Christian Learning Center. Our server was incredible! She was patient and courteous. Very professional. Our food was hot and arrived in a timely manner, in spite of having a larger group.

Me and my wife ate here yesterday (3/7/26) and the server was horrible, we waited forever after we ordered for our food, when it arrived it was hard and the plates scolding hot to touch from where it had been sitting under the heat lamps longer after the cooks had cooked it. I asked for our food to be re-made and our server said yes, it then took another 30 mins and when it arrived the food was cold but plates not hot, meaning the food sat again but not under the heat lamps this time. I asked for a manger, he was apologetic, removed the main plates from the bill. It was a horrible experience. I go to the huber heights location all the time, it is amazing, ill definitely NEVER be back to the Miller lane location. Smh

Went in and server seemed nice… but she was catering to this ratchet table because they ordered a bunch of to go food. We got our food, i didn’t get my drink due to the server being over worked. Finally got it and the orange juice taste like water. Never got a drink… I didn’t even wana finish my food. Then we were held hostage by the server because she wanted to prioritize this ratchet table…instead of checking the other 3 tables out who have been clearly waiting for a WHILE, she comes back with bags and bags of to go food. Eventually she made it back to us and let us pay for our food. I dont think you could pay me to eat here again.

IHOP never disappoints, food wise. It saddens me to see how the decor has significantly changed from what it use to look like. The booth seats are BADLY damaged, not just one . That’s not the IHOP I use to know, the IHOP I would bring my kids too. I wish corporate could find their good old American pride and make IHOP great again!

Service is very slow! We were the only table in the restaurant and our food took over an hour to receive. We watched people at the door walk out, because they weren’t even acknowledged in a reasonable amount of time. Attempted to dine here a second time and noticed maybe 4 occupied tables in the entire restaurant. We waited to be seated for too long, so we left!
