I hadn’t had IHOP in years and rarely get to treat myself to breakfast. I was sorely disappointed in both the food and the service. I waited a good but before even being waited on and took even longer for her to get the cup of coffee and oj I ordered. Eggs Benedict comes with poached eggs…NOT SOLID YOLKS! The potatoes were uncooked, as was the English muffin. The juice glass had something stuck to the inside of it. I spoke with a manager and she didn’t charge me for the juice and did kindly offer to remake it to go. I politely declined, as I’m a driver and it wouldn’t work so she took 10% off the bill. With businesses struggling to stay open, I was very unhappy to see very low food and service standards here. I will not come back.

We were so surprised that they were not busy at all. The waitress was so friendly, she brought me some flavored syrup for my coffee, which was delicious. The food was hot and n fresh. Would gladly come back again.

It’s been a LONG time since I got service that slow and food that bad all at the same time. The only thing they got right were the pancakes, but sadly only the grandbabies ate them. Quessadilla was literally three pieces of chicken and so many onions and peppers, it was just slimy. The country fried steak was not only overcooked, but came with one single congealed ramekin of “gravy”. The server said he’d get fresh but never apologized and the fresh never arrived. I added some photos of the “gravy” putty ball. Easily the biggest waste of $65 I’ve ever encountered.

We decided to stop for a bite while on a family road trip. We got seated pretty fast however it was a extremely long wait to receive our food. The only thing that was hot was the coffee which by the was wasn’t very good. Everything tasted premade and microwaved. Uneven food temperatures. Our bill was a whopping $89 and we left most of it on the table. Do yourself a favor and drive by this place. Horrible!

This is hands down the BEST service I have ever had in a restaurant. Although they were short staffed, they allowed my friend and I to sit and enjoy the atmosphere and food. The benchwood location is also open 24 hours and will have a coffee and ice cream bar with a Barista.

I haven’t been to an IHOP in years. My daughter and I ate there 6/6/23 about 5:30pm. Out waiter was Cayden. He was friendly and checked on us and asked us if our food was how we wanted it. He got our orders correct and I saw him cleaning and doing a lot of work besides waiting on us. The food was really good. The French toast was perfect. I don’t have high expectations for most restaurants, especially on Miller Lane, but I was very happy with dinner and service tonight!

Worst breakfast I’ve ever had. Ordered breakfast off of DoorDash and i ordered the 2 x 2 x 2. The eggs were supposed to be over easy and they were hard and the texture was like plastic. The bacon was overcooked, hard, and tasteless. One of the pancakes was alright but the other one was stale and old. I also ordered an overpriced chocolate milk and did not receive it at all and had to go out and get my own.
