This IHOP was a nice one. We came in a little later than usual and didn’t feel like we were bothering the employees. Of course, this was a 24 hour one. Our waiter, Jaseer (not sure of spelling-sorry) was welcoming and informative. He went out of his way to accommodate us. Our food came out hot. Our eggs were done correctly and not overdone. My pancakes were a little dry but the French toast was delicious! The sausage links and bacon were cooked just perfect.
A couple downfalls: the coffee carafe sitting on our table was greasy and dirty on the outside. Thankfully we dont drink coffee. When we asked another employee for silverware, he handed us plastic ones. We asked our waiter and he came up with real silverware. Once we were finished, Jaseer was prompt with our check and a container to go. We will definitely be back… hopefully with Jaseer.

The food of this place is very bad the hosts of the restaurant doesn’t really comprehend what your saying and there’s burnt pieces in omelette and they forgot some of the stuff that my boyfriend had ordered as well as not putting bacon on his burrito which he is allergic to pork. He quite literally could’ve had an allergic reaction if he didn’t check first before he ate it this place is bad and hopefully it gets shut down soon because this isn’t the first time.

Aug 2025 update: Order took 20 minutes longer than the time it said it would take and it wasn’t busy inside. They also gave me the wrong burger. The wrong burger was good though and so were the onion rings.
I had some free pancakes from t-mobile. Online ordering was pretty easy and pick up was easy even though it was pretty busy inside. The pancakes were fine, but not sure why anyone would pay $8 for 3 pancakes you could easily make at home

It was my first time today at this location, it was a party of two. We were celebrating. We walked in, a customer asked me if we seat ourselves because they were waiting for at least 10 minutes. I told her I’ve never been to this one. Then the eruption in the kitchen started, there was a lady at the expo station in the kitchen about 5’7 African American, maroon or brown extensions in a bun on top of her head, with a scarf around it. She was yelling at the cooks, we heard her. The people seated and eating their food turned around and looked towards the kitchen. I told my associate that I didn’t want any angry food, as we turned to leave, the yelling got louder. The energy that was coming from the kitchen was not welcoming. Mind you, no one has yet to come out to greet anyone. We got back in our vehicle at 11:27am 1/17/2026
I will NEVER come back to this location and I’m letting at least 75 people know about my experience or lack thereof at this location. The behavior and lack of professionalism was ignorant and unacceptable. Fire the whole crew including management. AND BRING IN CORPORATE!!!!! I’ll be sure to talk to someone in upper management about this.

The service of this place is too bad, the waiter was drugged and forgot to bring us drinks, in addition to this I ordered my food without some ingredients and they bring me to the table with everything I did NOT want to eat… unfortunately all the staff is too lazy and with bad attitudes. If you leave your night work tired and hungry I recommend you NEVER go to this place and better cook something at home, now I understand why they are closing so many locations because of the inefficient staff they have.

I decided to stop dining in because staffing is so short, it’s not their fault and I’m not mad at it. So I started ordering online for pickup because it seems easier for the staff, but the food almost always sucks. This most recent time, I got a burger and Mac and cheese for pickup, it was my birthday free meal from the app. The bottom bun on the burger was so soggy I couldn’t eat it (I took the bottom bun off and ate the rest of the burger. It tasted fine otherwise) and the Mac and cheese was so gross!!! I’m usually so understanding when it comes to short staffing but that’s no excuse to serve bad food ???? The Mac and cheese is in the photo attached. Lumpy, separated, no flavor, kinda slimy… really disappointing. I did not eat it. So gross.

This place is crazy bad … the service is the worst I have ever had . This place needs new management bad bad bad. Trash all over the floors had to get up 3 times to ask for stuff , I never could get a refill at all, the food was cold everyone around us was mad about their food also .. the management here is terrible.. send someone to fix this place ASAP

Had some late night breakfast following a Reds game and the service was great. We were seated quickly and our server was great and patient with my grandkids who were wired as could be at midnight. The food was amazing and everything was hot and came out together. Will be eating here again when in the area. Norwood is a nice place to visit.

Why… just why… I ordered delivery and neither of the pancakes I got had their toppings at all!! That’s the whole reason I wanted ihop 🙁 I’m very sad. Also I ordered for 2 people, and they mixed up our pancakes with the sides that they came with. Are you all high?? I love some 420 too but come on man. Who do yall think is ordering food late at night lol??!! Im super sad cause my pancakes were normal and I wanted the special ones 🙁 someone ordering should always get the same quality as someone in the restaurant sitting down. Yall need a new cook too cuz what is up with this turkey bacon? Its FLABBY. I dont feel safe eating this so now I wasted money and food 🙁

I got here in the morning and had to wait 40 mins for my food to be lukewarm and for the person I’m eating with not to get their pancakes and to have their omelette messed up, now I will say our waitress was awesome after we explained what happened. Overall I do not recommend!!
