My recent visit to this IHOP location was a thoroughly disappointing experience. My fiancé, two friends, and I arrived at 10pm last night, expecting a pleasant dining experience. However, our evening was marred by a series of unacceptable incidents. A nearby group of teenagers discovered a bug in their food, prompting a dismissive response from the manager, who claimed it was merely a gnat and not a significant concern. We placed our orders, but my fiancé’s burger was undercooked, and our friend’s chicken sandwich was fried instead of grilled. We were forced to wait for these items to be remade, during which time my own food grew cold. To make matters worse, our friend discovered a long black hair on their onion rings. When I reported these issues to the manager, she seemed unconcerned and offered to remake our meals again. However, we declined, having already waited 45 minutes for our initial orders. Another nearby group, who had only ordered drinks, chose to leave without eating. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and food quality at this location, and I will not be returning to any IHOP in the future.

Came for breakfast on a Saturday and were seated right away. Place was not packed but pretty full. Server took order and didnt write anything down which is impressive because everything came out perfect hot and fresh. Truly had a great breakfast

Had an enjoyable meal at the IHOP. There wasn’t any wait to be seated which was nice. Normally this location is very busy on the weekend. Our order was taken right away and came out quickly. Everything was hot and exactly how we ordered it. I get a little worried when the server doesn’t write anything down, but everything was correct. I’ll definitely come back to this location.

I had the most wonderful time at IHOP with Jada as our server! The food was so tasty and she was so kind with every interaction despite how busy she was. When we needed something she fit it into her incredibly full list of tasks and got it in a timely and respectful manner.

Alexis is an excellent server and she even remembered what I ordered the last time I was here. Pricing is great. Music is not dining music and a bit loud. Hat off to the chef. I love theirb$6 menu. IHOP is wonderful!

Me and my partner have been to this Ihop 2 times and we got Jada both times. Jada service has been the most excellent and memorable thing. The food is hot and fresh and the pancakes are the most fluffy. 10/10 will definitely be back again!

The North Canton IHOP is a top-notch quality restaurant. I order the Bacon cheeseburger and it was perfect! The IHOP sauce is a very zingy/swingy/tingy/tangy sauce. I would absolutely go back!!!

Haven’t been to Ihop in years. Came here for lunch with my family around 1 pm on a Sunday and the wait wasn’t awful. Everywhere else was packed. Our waitress was very sweet and even the busser stopped and said hi and wished us well while we were leaving. The food was delicious!

We went for a friend’s breakfast and our server. Jerica was absolutely horrible and rude. Like why do you even work in the service industry if you’re gonna be so rude to people we would say thank you she would walk away. She would drop our food off and walk away. Extremely unsatisfied and the place was filthy candy. The manager should do better. We wont be back! Smile! Be nice! People come in for a service!
