The server Nikita was doing it all. Seating customers, taking orders, serving the food and condiments, bussing,getting the drinks, and checking us out. This young lady deserves a RAISE! She did everything to make our dining experience enjoyable, and she’s a great multi tasker too! She even got me hot sauce when I asked her too, as busy as she was! I would suggest hiring more staff. Overall great experience!

My kids loved their meals and shakes. But I was greatly disappointed in what I thought was biscuits and sausage gravy, what I received was biscuits and a milk/flour gravy with no seasoning whatsoever . I have never been to IHOP before this!!!! I was expecting actual sausage patties and not a premade frozen patty. I didn’t receive the toast for my eggs until we were about to leave, and when I got it, it was cold and hard topped with a butter like substance. It tasted horrible and I only took one bite. I honestly have no plan to ever go back to IHOP again after this. I’ve had better food from Denny’s in New Philadelphia, Ohio.

Service is great all the waitresses were really fun. I had the cinnamon crepes they were so good.. My fiance’s omelette came out amazing as well. You guys need some TVs in there lol

Food was good. Cup of fruit was sadly only honeydew and grapes. Everyone was friendly enough. Carpet under our table was a completely littered with chunks of food from previous patrons. I assume they don’t have enough staff to keep it clean, but it was really quite gross. The waitress was very efficient. Annoyingly so to be honest. Again, I assume it’s because they are short staffed. She brought our check half way through our meal. The kids had barely even started eating, and here appears our waitress asking if we need to-go boxes, anxious to hand us the check. I’m sure she had a neverending list of things to do and people to wait on. It would just be nice to actually eat our food before being rushed to leave.

Marshon and Jeff were absolutely amazing! The service and food was phenomenal even when we came strolling in a half hour before they closed. They served us with smiles on their faces going above and beyond and not once seemed bothered. 100% recommend going in to see them! Thank you both!

They are usually understaffed. Ive walked in and seen no one served yet a ton of plates sitting on the counter getting cold waiting to be served. The cook moves faster than the servers.

My server was great. It took the manager 5 minutes after looking right at me to say we will be with you. The place was about dead to begin with. The server was helping another table the manager literally tossed my food on the table was so rude the eggs were so nasty not what I ordered. I will not go back!
