Hello guys. The service was really good. It was very clean when we walked in and where we were seated. In my opinion, that’s essential. My burger was falling apart but still tasty. My niece’s chicken strips weren’t that great! My daughter had the best meal and mistakenly left her leftovers!!! She was really crushed!

I haven’t gone to I hop for a year due to a bad experience on my birthday. (Akron, Ohio)
Today I was worn out and tired and I hadn’t ate all morning. I hop pancakes sounded great. It was 11, right before the lunch rush. We had such a great experience! Katrina took such great care of us. She was so kind and helpful. The restaurant was clean, and very welcoming. The food was good! The last few I hops that I’ve visited were dirty and grimly. I really was losing hope and today visit brought back all my good memories. Thank you to this location for bringing me back. Great experience!

I am there every Saturday morning. I get my two kids breakfast and I get me and my husband Breakfast . Kristina she takes my order Every Saturday morning, she has a great personality smiling making sure that the order is correct. I get the food and it’s perfect every Saturday morning thank you KRISTINA and IHOP for making our morning.

slow! 30 minutes waiting after getting water only 4 people currently sitting, after 15 minutes in, 8 or so more people show up. nobody to take my order 15 minutes later. a waste of a drive; 30 minutes practically dead when i get there and nothing, not even a waitress or waiter just a buss boy doing everything but taking orders of food. Crazy i hop has gone down hill $12 for pancakes!?

The taste of the food was great! I loved the seasonal cinnamon streusel pancakes. We went on a Sunday morning, so it was very busy, but the wait for two people was about 15 minutes, so not too bad, and then took about another 20 minutes to order and receive our food. A fairly good experience overall. The waitress was very friendly. The open seating did make it so that the environment was loud though, especially when the restaurant is completely full.

Arrived 7pm on a Saturday night. There were maybe 4-5 occupied tables – not one had food or drinks on the table. We waited about 5 minutes before a waitress walked past us without even acknowledging our presence. 5 minutes later a young man in an apron came out and said “give me a minute” before he disappeared into the kitchen area. Waitress walked past us again without even looking at us. Ten minutes more passed without any staff whatsoever – still no food or drinks on any of the occupied tables. We left. We won’t be returning.

My boyfriend and I went in today, and they were busy as usual because it’s a Saturday, but our server Katrina was still amazing. Our food and drinks came out right on time. She checked in every chance she got. Her energy was up and bright. I would definitely recommend her as a server. We definitely will ask for her again. 10/10 service from her. She definitely deserves praise from her job!

My breakfast was actually very good! Eggs were cooked perfectly, over medium. Hash browns were hitting too! I was in and out in no time flat! Waitress was very courteous and very nice! Overall, it was a nice 1st time experience at this location. I’d definitely recommend it. I’ll definitely be back.

All I can say is two thumbs up. This place runs like a well-oiled machine. At least, that is, in my opinion. The servers there will take care of you an even if something is not right with your order. The manager will make sure that it is corrected immediately.
