Great place here in Lancaster! Waitress was awesome! We ran her ragged it seems like and she stayed nice! The food was great couldn’t finish it all ! The omelet was huge! They were able to accommodate our large family ! Only photo I had was what was left! Go check them out! Kids loved then!

There was a small party of maybe 8 people in the party room. My buddy and I were the only table in the dinning room. Yet we waited for an hour for our food. My Waffle came out burnt and mostly air. My buddies steak tips came out burnt. Whenever we needed the server, we had to get her attention. We did not receive any refills on our drinks plus the servers boyfriend was also in the dining room. She spent more time with him than anyone else. We will not be returning anytime soon.

Food was very good. Absolutely love their pancakes and waffles. I recommend the chicken and waffles. The chicken tenders are amazing. Service left a little to be desired. Our waitress was young and flighty. Other than that it was very good.

My boyfriend and I brought our children in and was welcomed with a kind smile. Alyson was our waitress and she couldn’t have done a better job. She was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed to make our visit amazing. Manny did an amazing job on cooking our food and we definitely would be back real soon for some more amazing service and food.

Very friendly waiter and very attentive to our wants and needs. The food was cooked and delivered to our table with minimal wait time and it was very warm and welcoming inside the restaurant. The food was cooked to our liking and was delicious. Anytime I’m coming through the area I’d be more than willing to return and have a meal with friends and family.

The service was all great. It didn’t take forever to get our food, the food tasted great, employees were all friendly, and the environment was clean and easy to be in. Our waitress was also awesome, I’m not sure what her name was.

I brought a group to IHop today, and again had excellent service. I had called ahead to reserve side private room. Casey.waited on us today. He was very good. The manager was attentive also.
But Jayden Stone is the BEST!
Jayden Stone has waited on me numerous times, and he goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect. He has an electric personality! He is a big reason why I love eating at IHop.

We went on a sunday morning at 11:30am, and surprisingly it wasn’t too packed! We got sat right away by an incredibly kind host(young man with red hair, didn’t catch his name but that kid is great at his job). Our server was Natasha and she was so sweet! Great service overall.

Went there last night and it was great! Casey was the best server me and my family has ever had. He was fun to talk to and patient. Casey actually made conversation with us outside from us ordering food. He was really sweet to us. Me and my family had a bunch of pancakes for our dinner. They were so good. I recommend this place! And I would 100% prefer to have Casey again when I go back!
