On arrival dining room was full and a line out the door but our waitress (might I add the only waitress) did NOT miss a beat! VERY sweet and very attentive even when she was slammed. Mushroom spinach omelette add avocado was amazing! Cheyenne did amazing. Keep up the great work ihop

The waitress went in the back and camped out and the other one was on her phone.
Not a single care for the customer.

Service was very slow even tho it was almost empty. Got eggs benedict. Had no sauce and eggs were cook wrong, basically ended up hard boiled. Second attempt after wasn’t much better. We will NOT be back.

They say they close at 10pm. But they shut it off from 9:50 – 9:55. I showed up at 950 and was told it was take out only. As a person with started my day at 8am and drive for 10 and a half hours. I is nice to sit down and enjoy a meal. I was hoping on not eating in the truck. There is nothing saying takeout only at any time. I thought law said you had to give customers time to eat their food and not run them off.

We had such a wonderful experience at IHOP tonight! From the moment we were seated, our server Gracie made us feel completely welcome. She had the perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism—always quick with a smile, attentive without hovering, and genuinely kind in every interaction.
Our drinks were always full, our food came out hot and exactly as ordered, and she checked in just enough to make sure we had everything we needed. You could tell she truly cared about making our night enjoyable.
Gracie’s positive energy made our meal feel extra special—like we were visiting a friend, not just a restaurant. IHOP is lucky to have her, and we’ll definitely be back, not just for the pancakes, but for the outstanding service she gave us tonight.

Wow!!! This was the first time dining at this location. Everyone was very friendly, the service was quick and the food was exceptional. I will definitely drive the 40 minutes to return to your location.
