We were on our way back from a doctor’s appointment in Columbus today, and we decided to stop at this location. There was no waiting for a table. The waitress was really nice she made you feel welcome after Kinzie took our order it wasn’t long before our order was ready. She stopped by our table to see how we were doing and if she could bring us anything. When she brought us our check, she thanked us for stopping in.

Me and my friends went in tonight and the waiter we had was dope. We could all tell Demetrius actually cared about providing good service, and making the experience there awesome. He was at the table actually talking to us – rather than the standard bs that most waiters do, cracking jokes and just having a good time with us. Probably one of the best servers I’ve had.

Well… I came into this location from the UK as a visit with my chaps in order to sober up and grab a bite. Was not expecting to be met with such great service that I was met with. I have been to several other restaurants on my visit here and none of them including some of the great five star restaurants that I have been to compare to the service that I was met with today. No I can’t remember the young man’s name, started with a D. However, he was fantastic to sum it all up. Attentive to all customers in the store including ourselves and might I add a great personality. It was refreshing to be greeted, hosted and treated as we were and he didn’t even know that we were from out of the country until the end of our stay. It was around 3:30 in the morning, I ordered the French toast combo which he highly recommended and it served its purpose as he said it would. My other friends ordered various things. However, although the food was great it was the level of customer service that was given to us that I appreciated more. It was as if this young man was meant to be in customer service and he represented the face of this company very well. I don’t understand why more people can’t be like this. To sum it all up this was my first time visiting and I assured him when I visit next year I will be looking forward to seeing him again. Although I don’t remember his name, I will remember that face and personality. Thanks for the experience whatever your name was. See you when I get back in the States.

I dined in, I was very happy with the food. The food was very good, took leftovers. The waitress Kori was very kind, and checked up on us. She made sure everything was going good! They deserve more appraise for what they do.

This is the IHOP on the Polaris parkway next to Meijer. You can see this one from the road easily but entrance is on the other side. This one is big and has enough seating. Due to the staff shortage I always felt there is some delay in the service. Apart from the food quality is great. Weekend morning will be rush but afternoon are good to visit.

Our group of 5 rolled in around 1am after an all day music festival and Kori greeted us with a smile and made sure our entire meal was perfect and was so sweet and helpful. The food was cooked perfectly and the atmosphere was so fun. Thanks for everything!

Visiting from Canada and stopped here for breakfast. The service was great! We got seated right away, and our waitress brought coffee and took our order not long after we were seated. I had the new breakfast crepes, and they were delicious!

Food was good and came out fast. Our drinks took about 25 minutes though. One of my accomplices ordered a Oreo milkshake and it tasted like water. Not sure what a country steak is but I don’t think it was that. Very strange. Should probably stick to pancakes. The waitress was very nice but she may have been the only person present in the restaurant.
