The food was delicious, the server was great, but the wait time for the food was too long considering it was pretty empty at 2 p.m. or so. Also would have been nice not wait to be seated so long and while the staff took their time and finished their personal conversation. I would think a customer waiting to be seated would take precedence, but apparently not. Recommend taking better care of customers upon arriving.

Consistently a wait, even though restaurant is half empty. The atmosphere makes me feel like I should feel honored to be there not the other way around. Typical next generation service. Customer centric is gone.

I give it 4 stars, only because it took 45 min to get our food and the bench where we were sitting needs to be replaced/upgraded. The waitress was fabulous and the food was good. The chefs need to speed it up a bit. They were not that busy when we first sat down and ordered, it did get busy about 10-20 minutes after we had ordered our food though.

I’m a regular…my daughter is with me most of the time and she has to have pancakes with sprinkles and “creme” lol. Ihop employees know who I am because of this. You all are amazing and you deserve raises. I appreciate you and your hard work. Sometimes short staffed but that’s out of the employees control and what businesses aren’t these days. Thank you to all the employees here from big V.

We definitely enjoyed the food and was very yummy. The waitress was on top of things and without asking determined that I was a senior citizen and my son was military. She offered our discount without being asked. We felt well taken care of at this IHOP.

We went in with 3 adults and 2 children. There was only 1 waitress. I believe her name was Madison. She was pleasant calm and apologetic if anything took longer than usual. She was running her rear off, yet still had a smile, continued to check on everyone. Thank you for wonderful service. Hope she is being paid well. We appreciated her.

Went to ihop today hoping for a nice quick east breakfast. I ordered the 2 egg,2 bacon 2 sausage and hash brown with toast and my fiance order chocolate chip pancakes. Well we waited first off for about 20 minutes before we even got out food which I’m sorry shouldn’t take that long to cook especially considering they were not busy and it was not a complicated order. The only change I made was no sausage just add extra bacon. So we got our food my eggs we so greasy and under cooked it was gross. So I asked them to make new ones plus I didn’t get the extra bacon so I mentioned It. The waitress comes back this time with my plate this time with new eggs and sausage once again had to straightened her out. Finally the third time she comes out it’s right but when I go to eat the eggs they had a funny taste so at that point I just didn’t bother. Always makes sure you let them know if you don’t want a lot of chocolate on your pancakes otherwise they will be floating we found that out the hard way as well today.

It took us 50 minutes to get our food. The waitress was very nice and apologetic and explained they were behind because of all the call in orders. Call in orders should not take president over dine in customers they should be done in a order. We were told not to go in by customers that were leaving because of the extremely long wait but we didn’t listen! When we did get our food, (considering the time we had to wait),the scrambled eggs were over cooked and the rest of the food should have been hot not warm. The waitresses and host were doing all they could but the problem seemed to be in the kitchen!
