When I walked into this IHOP, I was frustrated right away. There were plenty of empty seats but lots of people waiting. I saw four servers chatting in a corner while guests waited. The hostess said the wait would be about 10 minutes, which started things off with a bad taste.
My friend had already warned me that this location had poor service, so I was prepared. After three groups walked out, we were finally seated. One server took our drink order, then another, Janilee J, came by and said the first one forgot to put it in. From that moment on, Janilee took over and completely turned things around.
Her service was phenomenal. She checked on us often, kept our drinks full, and was very attentive. The food came out quickly, was perfectly seasoned, and even looked great on the plate.
I came in expecting the worst but left impressed. Thanks to Janilee and the kitchen, it ended up being one of the best IHOP visits I have had.

They have more people sitting in the lobby than they have inside the restaurant eating. 5 restaurant tables occupied, no seats left to occupy in lobby, people standing. 35 minutes on a 15 minute wait and then we were seated because i questioned why so many booths and tables were empty but they had not sat anyone in 30 minutes. Less than cordial answer, If it were about space available no one would be in the lobby. I said then give an honest estimate of wait time.

My husband and I stopped in, just for a nice, quick breakfast after church. Quick is not in their vocabulary here. We waited for 15 minutes to be seated, that’s fine. But once seated, we ordered right away because we were ready to eat. Simple order, pancakes (ya know, their speciality?) and biscuits and gravy. 45 minutes, nothing. I figured an hour at a chain restaurant would be enough to get a bite to eat. I was mistaken. We walked out. Could have been the world’s best pancakes but I wouldn’t have known.

The staff was amazing I mean so amazing that the minute we walked in we were getting mean mugged and it took 15 minutes to be seated with little to no wait, almost like they were trying to embarrass us and make the atmosphere awkward for me and my family. The food was absolute terrible found ah piece of hair in my food and the cheese wasn’t even melted on my omelette it was like warm HARD cheese ! I don’t recommend coming here

Typically the service and the food here are really good but last night both of our meals were far from good…. I ordered my eggs over medium and it came out borderline burnt the eggs Benedict came out looked pretty eggs overcooked though and the English muffin wasn’t even toasted It was just pulled out of the bag cut in half and put on the plates.

I forgot my coat here the other day when I went with my brother for his interview. They saved it for me. I got it back today and everything was there!! Very happy with that, plus, my food was pretty decent! Can’t beat their value menu ham& cheese omelette with pancakes for $6.

Only problem? Wait time. But when you’re here to relax after a stressful day? The staff is so lovely. The food is comforting, the staff give you time to decide and talk to others with your party. They handle rude customers well. A lovely experience I’ve had here. Even with the set backs they faced from issues, they make sure to work around them to give you great service.

Worst restaurant experience of my entire life. Have gone there TWICE and once could not get seated and there were 3 customers in the entire place. Second visit there were 2 customers in the dining area, a group of 3 employees sharing baby stories and pictures at a nearby table while i sat endlessly. Walked out both times. Will NEVER return to IHOP☹️
