Went last night took 15 minutes just to get a water and 2 cokes, in a restaurant with no customers. Then another 15 minutes just to order our food and we were cool with that cause we wasn’t in a hurry but while waiting we notices every one of our glass and silverware was not clean! So we left, this ihop is a disaster and wouldn’t recommend it was dirty and we didn’t stick around for the food poisoning that im sure was headed our way. In my opinion dont eat here!

Honestly if I could rate it any lower I would. My partner and I stopped by to grab a bite to eat after work and decided to come here. Restaurant was fairly clean but it took them over 10-15 minutes for a sweet tea and water(we were the only table in the building) It was very hard to understand our server and on top of it, he snatched my menu away while I was in mid order. Silverware was dirty. Food came out cold and tasted like straight dirty oil. Hosts/Kitchen staff are also dressed in dirty pajamas.

Jill was amazing. I did door dash recently and called to confirm my order and how it should be cooked 1/8 8:07 a young lady answered and burnt all my food she did the opposite! But the angel Jill cared I gave this god forsaken place another chance and she did everything right. Please post a link so I can complete a survey for how knowledgeable Jill is she’s a gem keep her give her a real raise!

Ira, our server, had the most pleasant personality!!! Very attentive and on top of drink refills. I had the split decision, husband had one of the omletes and daughter had the chocolate chocolate chip pancakes. No complaints about the food from anyone!!! Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I didn’t look at the ceiling, as I was looking at my family or food.

The silverware was nasty…food residue left on it to the point that it transferred to the napkins. Had to request plastic utensils! The waiter skipped our table three times waiting on the table next to us. The wait time was far too long for food. And over $50 for two people? Will NOT be going back!

I enjoyed my omelet and Pancakes. Both were tasty and the service was friendly and attentive. However, I’m a diabetic and specifically requested sugar free syrup, but was given regular syrup instead, which caused my glucose levels to spike overall, good food and service.But I hope more care is taken with special dietary requests in the future.

Service was lacking. Took forever for someone to come to our table once we were seated to the point we were about to get up and walk out. Our waitress took our order, bought our drinks to the table, and once the food came out we never saw her till we got the ticket. I would say they were short handed but there were ample servers in the building. Way more than usual. The food came out hot and yummy.

The service here is absolutely terrible. Me and one other person walked in and it took up to almost 15 minutes to get a table. Restaurant wasn’t busy at all. Took another 15 mins before we left without having a waiter/ waitress.
Tables and booths not properly cleaned. Other people’s food/ drinks still on tables not even touched since they’ve left.

We arrived to a long line and noticed the fire alarm had been pulled, but there was no sound, which made it seem like it may be broken for some time. There was no employee at the door managing the line, and we only saw one employee in sight. With no communication or assistance, we decided to leave and eat elsewhere.

When we first sat down they didn’t give us any utensil we had to get up and get them by ourselves. We waited over an hour for our food just for it to be cold. We repeatedly asked for waters over the span of 45 mins and they would not give us any. They were very rude and when we would say thank you or anything polite they would just mumble a reply. The 15% gratuity tip is NOT something they deserve AT ALL!!!
