We waited like 10 minutes to even be acknowledged at front.. but our waitstaff made it all up.. they were short staffed it was obvious.. no one was working up front to seat .. they were doing all they could to make it all work.. more staff definitely need to be there.. was a weekday at 11 so manager needs to hire help or be there.. but good and service was Amazing.. best french toast anywhere.. the server Micheal 2 I think the ticket said.. was very kind and fast and made the frustrating wait and lack of a hostess not such a bad deal. Was very apologetic about the wait.. a red shirt lady came upfront grabbed a peice of paper wrote date on it.. said sign your name and walked off.. no hi.. sorry about your wait ..barley an acknowledged us.. and told the people waiting if they didn’t sign the list they wouldn’t be seated.. rude!! I almost would give a one star because of her.. but thanks to our server we had a great breakfast.. I understand being short staffed is difficult.. but people can be nice and acknowledge folks that are there to eat and without customers they don’t have a job.. The owner needs to reconsider who’s running the store and get help.. we come here quite a bit.. and the level of rudeness and chaos was massive.. except from a few . Sometimes a smile or kind word makes all the difference.. my server is the Only thing that saved this review.. and the food was great..

If you want to wait an hour for food this is the place to stop. Our waitress was nice but service was incredibly slow. At least when we eventually did get our food it was hot.

My granddaughter’s birthday was Friday & I thought I’d buy her something to eat. She’s only 4, and she said she wanted Pancakes !! I love pancakes, so I took her to IHOP!! We got there & waited for 5-10 mins. to be seated. There was a couple in front of us & they walked out. A lot of employees on the floor, but we were never greeted. I had to stand around the podium to be noticed! We were seated and then ordered. The server was very attentive, and the food was great. IHOP used to be my favorite place! Not so much now since the pandemic!

We went in the early morning it was only one waiter at the time. She had many tables. And still had good service. Got our drinks and ordered our food. Had to wait a few minutes which we understood. Food came out and was on point. Hit the spot.

It took them about 20 minutes to seat us which was fine because we understand it is a Sunday at 12. Well we’re finally seated a waitress came took our orders for our drinks and food. She came out and brought us our drinks we asked her for creamer for the coffee and she said she would be right back. She never returned she walked past our table multiple times and never brought the stupid creamer. Ok red flag #1 an hour went by and no food ok red flag #2 ok finally two hours went by and still no food. The table sitting close to us got up and left also because they had not gotten their food either. Eventually we just decided to get up and let the young lady in the front know that we were leaving.The manager or whoever runs this IHOP needs to be fired immediately because this location is very understaffed.

Went here Tuesday and the manager and staff was rude! There was absolutely no one here! The manager and some of the staff was outside smoking and it was one gentleman in the restaurant. I went inside to see if they were closed for the day or something because like I said it wasn’t a soul in there! I politely asked the guy who was in the kitchen opening amd closing the freezer doors are yall open and he walked out the side door to where the manager and others were standing smoking. Then he comes back in and I asked again and he huffed and said I guess and walked back out. Next my boyfriend went in and by that time the manager was walking back in and he asked him are yall open for business. The manager replied yes and do you have a problem! ?y other half said nawl we good we will go some else! The manager said ok and him and the staff walked back out that side door to continue their smoking and chit chatting!

Only 2 tables occupied besides us and Brandon M. service was as though it was packed and he was the only service. It was as like his mind was elsewhere. Had to get his attention for things needed such as silverware and repeat items that were asked for. Ate half my dinner before my husband even was out of the kitchen. Brandon didn’t even ask if we wanted anything else just slammed the ticket on the table. Horrible don’t go here.

Do NOT eat here! 7/1/23, extremely rude, only 3 tables occupied and waited 35 minutes just to get our order taken. Music was louder than a night club and when the nice waitress asked the shift leader to “please turn it down” his response “it’s staying where it is or I can turn it up!”. She went to the assistant general manager and same result. Food was undercooked when it arrived 40 minutes after we ordered it. Almost 2 hours in an IHOP that was not busy whatsoever, absolutely the worst experience ever and we love ihop.

2 of us just ordered Pancake Tacos To Go on the app. My friend ate his Pancake Breakfast Tacos quickly, but complained how small they were. Then we realized that there was no Bacon and no salsa. I then realized that my Pancake Chicken Tacos had no gravy not pickles as the menu shows. I called, but the person who answered said they wouldn’t do anything about it since we already ate the food. He didn’t even go ask the cook about why we were shorted. And I have a pic of mine without the gravy. Check your food before you leave the store. We won’t be going back to this store.

Three stars only because the food was good and the manager was interactive throughout the restaurant. The servers however seemed to have an attitude, one server was very rude to the manager in front of customers. She then went into the kitchen where she talked about him loud enough for us to hear.
