We stopped in for a quick bite on our way to the Titans game! Our waitress Alexa was amazing! My coffee pot and cup was full the whole time! We got the big steak omelette and split it. ( Still had some left!) It’s huge!!

Dear Management,
I am writing to formally report a disturbing experience during my recent visit to your restaurant on 1/18/26 around 11:00 AM and was informed of a 10-minute wait to be seated, which was not an issue. While waiting, I observed multiple waitstaff behind a partial wall eating food. At the time, I did not raise concern.
However, once seated, my party waited over an hour without receiving food. During this time, I continued to observe several waitstaff repeatedly eating food behind the wall—appearing to consume more food than was being delivered to guests.
Most concerning was an incident in which I observed a waitress ( Becky) lick her fingers and then immediately handle and deliver a plate of food to a customer without washing or sanitizing her hands. This presented a serious food safety and hygiene concern.
I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty (Austin) who appeared dismissive and claimed to be unaware of the situation despite standing near the staff involved. After he addressed one employee, multiple staff members including hostess (Madison) began making rude comments and repeatedly looking toward my table, clearly aware that I had raised the concern.
I spoke with the manager again to explain that while I appreciated him addressing the employee, the subsequent behavior from staff made the situation worse. Their comments and demeanor created an uncomfortable and hostile environment. At that point, I no longer felt safe or comfortable consuming any food from the kitchen, especially given the earlier hygiene concerns.
Given today’s environment, unprofessional conduct combined with food safety violations understandably raises fears of potential contamination or retaliation, whether intentional or not.
I am extremely disappointed, as this experience reflects a serious lapse in food safety standards, staff professionalism, and management oversight. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
I would appreciate acknowledgment of this complaint and information on any corrective actions taken.

If you want to enjoy fresh hot hash browns, this is the only place in town I’ve found to do it. They do a good job getting over easy eggs and delicious hash browns out every time. Of course the pancakes are delicious. One thing that makes me laugh is be careful not to pour coffee on your pancakes. They bring you coffee in a small pot that can be mistaken for syrup. Both times I’ve gone to this place. The people with me have poured coffee on their pancakes which cracks me up. If you go on a weekend be ready for a wait as it’s very busy. But if you go during the week you get to sneak in quickly. Enjoy your food and get on your way

Edit: They changed their hours officially now & I actually put in a request for google to change them. I love the morning & afternoon service here! Everyone is so friendly, the food & coffee is ALWAYS delicious. I just had their coffee cake pancakes & they are HEAVEN on a plate.
Normally I love the atmosphere here, but I just came to eat here at 12:30am because the hours state “open til 2am” & they sent us & 4 other cars away. A total of 10+ people were sent away today. If you’re going to turn customers away when your hours state “open”, then please do us a favor & change your hours.
When I’ve been here in the day time, the service was fantastic & the food was good. Just don’t trust their hours I guess.
