Service is usually ok at best since they are low staffed. Special requests for food (meat on seperate plate, cook on the eggs or substitutes) usually dont come out correctly. Food is good, once corrected! Endless coffee is great!

I was glad to see they had remodeled this location. Last time I was here it was stinky from the very stained carpet. Glad it was remodeled smelled nice and good service. Last time I was here I walked out servers were terrible.

I love IHOP because it opens early and breakfast, lunch and dinner is available. The staff is always professional and accommodating. I’m a breakfast person so I love their waffles and pancakes. It can get quite busy at times, but the servers are very efficient and friendly.
