My waitress was nice. That’s it. That’s all I got. The food was gross. You used to be able to count on IHOP to have the same quality at whatever location you went to but I had thick dry over cooked square shaped hash browns and a plate full of grease with sausage that looked it was tossed in the microwave and the scrambled eggs were basically lightly tossed fried eggs with $1.29 cheese added that was pretty non-existent. The atmosphere looks like we are in the kitchen eating, weird. I’m definitely not going to IHOP any more, already been a while since the food sucked at the other location, this just seals the deal.

Food was average for IHOP, but it arrived on the cool side because the service was very, very, slow. The waitress did mention it was her first day so we gave her a lot of leeway, but, I don’t think it should have taken our food about 25 minutes to arrive, after waiting 10 minutes for our water, and slightly cool. This was also a random Tuesday and the restaurant was not busy at all. After we got the check and handed over our card, it took a little over 10 minutes for our waitress to bring it back to us. I went to the bathroom during this time and I have to say, it was not a clean bathroom. Unfortunately this was an unpleasant experience for us all the way around.

We were seated promptly, however two other couple seated after us were completely waited on before our server even acknowledged us at the table. They then warned me not to get the grits, but when I asked for extra, extra, crispy hashbrowns, they were still white when served. Both our pancakes were so cold, then butter didn’t want to melt. I also have never been to an IHOP where the server says they have to pour your coffee for you when the craft/pot is brought to the table.

It was a great breakfast on a Sunday afternoon around

The food was good and hot!
I received my meal in less than 5 minutes. The waitress was very professional and friendly as well. The cook even welcomed me when I came through the door! That’s never happened to me ever! The place was clean and tidy. I gladly rate this restaurant 5 stars✨⭐

What can I say—IHOP has really gone downhill, and this location was no exception. The biscuits and gravy, if you can even call that bland paste “gravy,” were the worst I’ve ever had the misfortune of eating. I’m honestly annoyed I paid for the privilege. The French toast wasn’t properly soaked in the custard (which, here, means vanilla eggs), so it ended up being just regular bread with a coating of egg.
The bacon was thin and overly hard, and the grapes served as “fresh fruit” were so wrinkled they were practically raisins. Fresh fruit, it was not. At least the pancakes—their namesake—weren’t terrible, though I still prefer the ones at Cracker Barrel.
The one bright spot was our server. She was bright and bubbly, attentive throughout, and even left a warm Christmas greeting on our check, which was a lovely touch. She truly made the experience better.
While this IHOP isn’t anywhere near the top of my list, it’ll do in a pinch, especially since real breakfast places around here don’t open until 9 a.m.

First visit to this IHOP, for that matter any IHOP and it was awful. Waited for 20 mins for a table for 1, then was forgotten at table. Finally got a tea, then forgotten waited for 25 minutes, never got food. I left because I was told that my food was not ready and would not be ready anytime soon. It was a simple 2 egg order. All the people who came in with me have left already after eating. They could not admit that they forgot about me. Horrible service.

Last night I went in and asked for two orders of waffles. Chocolate chip. I asked one to be regular and one gluten free. There was only two people there and they were both outside when we got there. The lady who took my order might be the most incompetent person I’ve come across. Also, I’m almost positive she was stoned. She couldn’t figure out how to put the orders in. W had to tell her a few different times. She ended asking the line cook to help her and he wasn’t much help either. In the end they charged me 40$ for two waffles. I didn’t even look at the price until I got my receipt. When I got my order an looked inside I was certain that it didn’t cost that much so I asked a for a refund. Neither of them could figure it out either. The lady got annoyed with me. The man cussed out loud in frustration. In the end I left because i had been there over 30 minutes for a simple in and out order that turned into a whole fiasco. I’m still out 40$.

I enjoy coming here whenever I’m in Knoxville. I would rather come here than anywhere else to eat breakfast . I love the service and the food and the way the food is prepared . They are so generous and kind and definitely friendly. Keep up the good work guys!!!!!!!

Very busy place. No table for us. We wanted about 30 minutes and finally left. The people were nice but there was no organization and no one new what was going on. We saw one to go order be given to the wrong person and the girl that it was for had to wait forever for it to be made again. She had paid online and the manager did nothing for her at all. It was crazy.
This is a very small restaurants and needs to be redone. If your in a wheelchair, don’t bother going. It is not accessible.

Walked in about 10 till 12:00 not enough employees decided to leave other people waiting in line nobody helping them. I realize this service industry is having a hard time finding help but we should be at least acknowledged.
