We approached the restaurant and noticed the large parking lot. We entered, joined a short line and checked in. I was informed there would be about a 15 minute wait. We went back out to the car to wait until called. I received a text that our table was ready in what seemed like less than 15 minutes. We reentered, were led to a booth, and a server came over quickly. She seemed a bit dry at first, not too much smiling or warm and fuzzy greetings. She was all business and we were all ready with our orders. I ordered the French toast combo with scrambled eggs, cheese, and bacon. Wifey ordered the 55+ Rise and Shine combo with an added side of pancakes. My daughters decided to share the breakfast burrito entrée, and they each ordered their own side of hash browns. My oldest also ordered a side of pancakes with blueberries on top. The food came out pretty quickly, and our server started to warm up to us as the visit went on. She even began dropping a “sweetie” and “beautiful” when speaking to my daughter. Overall, all the food was good and tasted exactly as expected. We would return if we found ourselves in the area again.

Food came quickly, was piping hot and delicious. Our server, Shanelle, was outstanding. She was spot-on drink refills, side items ordered and is very courteous. Best service we’ve had in a long time. This location far exceeds the standards back in Richmond, Virginia where we’re treated like unwanted relatives. Well done, Shanelle and co-workers!

We had our usual 2 egg breakfast with one chocolate pancake. All was delicious! Our server, Josh was exceptional! We watched him be triple seated and he handled it like a pro! Was super nice! He’s a huge asset to your restaurant! Hope to see him next time we do breakfast!

I loved the food here. My server was awesome. My server was the younger blonde haired girl. My food came out fast. It was just me eating and she didn’t treat me like oh it’s just one so it’s not a big tip. She was great. Here is my complaint. The other blonde haired lady server maybe in her late 30’s complained so much to her tables. She complained that she got stiffed twice. Said one couple didn’t tip her because it was cold in there and she didn’t know why the other table didn’t tip her. Then she complained that she knows something is advertised for $6 but the menu says $7 she wishes people wouldn’t listen to the TV. She wasn’t my server but if she was I WOULDN’T TIP HER EITHER with all of her complaining. People come for a nice experience and have their own problems and don’t want to hear hers to get “pity tips”. It could have been a nice experience for me but I had to sit and listen to her at the tables next me trying to get pity tips.

I ordered breakfast this morning. The delivery package is so cool with the pancakes stacked making it a single container. The food is amazing. Perfect eggs. Crispy hashbrowns. The cooks nailed it. I also received every single item for my Togo package. Love it !!

Makenzie was a dream waitress. The place is clean, the food was great. I know it’s a corporate restaurant, but where other IHOPs fail to deliver, this location excels. Anything we needed was at the table before we even asked. She was on top of it all. Would definitely recommend and ask to be seated in Makenzie’s section.

Probably the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. Jacob had me wait a full 20 min before even approaching my booth, although I witness him check on several other tables in my same serving area. When he did arrive, and saw the look on my face as he asked how my day was going, Jacob immediately began apologizing saying it was his fault for my long wait. After placing my order (with emphasis on a side of hollandaise)….my food arrives about 15 min later and Jacob asked would I like anything else. I say the side of Hollandaise and he says of course. Never came for ask if I needed a refill or check to see if I needed anything. Being that I only had the napkin that comes with the silverware, at the end of my meal I asked for a napkin. Jacob says, “no problem, my pleasure”….I then watch Jacob go in the kitchen area and do something, then goes to the back never to return with a napkin. I finally get up and go wash the syrup off my hands in the bathroom. I was super fed up at this point and walked directly to the register and asked to pay. They had to go find Jacob (not that he was looking for napkins or anything). He came to the front, apologized for the long wait and proceeded to charge me for the food.

Food was good but my husband is diabetic and has to watch his sugar intake and also his carbs. He ordered toast with his breakfast because there’s too many carbs in pancakes and he also likes toast better at times. I asked for sugar free jelly or jam and was told they don’t have any sugar SF jams or jelly they only just have SF syrup . This is ridiculous and I would have given them a 5 star if this wasn’t the case. Almost all restaurants have sugar free jelly or jam.
