We apparently came in right after the rush but our server was fantastic! We really enjoyed him. Food was great. Our great granddaughter had the Happy Face Pancake with whipped cream and she loved it – especially the whipped cream. lol! They had a $7 special that was PLENTY of good! Pancakes, 2 eggs, bacon.

I ordered the “Big Breakfast Burrito”, it was served dripping with oil. I asked the waitress if this is normally how she serves it? She said that she could ask the manager to come out and that he was the one who prepared it, at that point I knew it was a waste of time to talk to him. Hopefully they have a better cook and they were just off that day, in any case I don’t recommend the breakfast burrito. This is all oil on the plate and the burrito was still draining.
Updated: I followed the directions in the response from IHOP customer relations and was told someone would get back to me but no one ever did. The owner/management of this franchise obviously doesn’t care about its customers.

We went in for breakfast at 10am and at 11 we still didn’t have our food. The staff was too busy talking instead of cooking. We asked about the wait time and we were told 5 more minutes well 5 min turned into 15 more min. They were not busy at all. She then proceeded to tell the cooks that we were complaining and when asked how long we were waiting she told them 32 min. So we got up to leave and she saw me and I was like we are leaving and she ok. This place is a joke I do not recommend at all.

IHOP has really turned around here in Cleveland!! The general manager Mike and the server Katrina were both amazing. Food was phenomenal and service was fast. Please visit and ask for Katrina. Also make sure to talk to Mike as he is amazing as well!!! Definitely will be back.

We arrived at IHOP and were seated quickly, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, everything went downhill after that.
The restaurant was very dirty. We were seated in an area with trash all around us, sticky floors, and it clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The restaurant wasn’t packed, yet it took a long time for our food to come out. When it finally did, not all of our food arrived. Several items didn’t come out until we were ready to leave, so we had to take them to go.
One of my favorite things at IHOP is the omelets, but mine was dry. The chicken was extremely dry and overcooked as well. I did let the server know, but it felt like everyone was tired and ready to be done for the night since it was Christmas Eve. Also my daughter’s chicken tenders weren’t edible a very very hard. There’s no way they thought that was appropriate to serve to a kid or ANYONE!
Online, IHOP advertises coupons for free kids’ meals, but they did not honor it. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.
IHOP has really gone downhill, and it felt like no one cared. We will not be returning. There are too many other breakfast options to choose from, go elsewhere.

Good service. Waitress was Kind n friendly and didn’t have to wait. I love IHOP. French toast. It was very good, made well. Reasonable. Friendly and easy. Everyone was laughing and talking. Great place for breakfast.

Fast, friendly, and professional service! We visited IHOP for breakfast last weekend as a change of pace, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. From the moment we walked in, we were met with kind and friendly staff. We were seated promptly, and our drink order was taken right away. A short while later, our drinks were served with a smile, and our meal order was taken. In no time, we had our food, and everything was just as we had ordered. Our meal was satisfying, and the friendly staff made sure we had everything we needed. Prices were reasonable, and the menu offerings were more than ample and very descriptive. I highly recommend this IHOP to anyone who is looking for a fast, friendly establishment to enjoy a great meal and be treated like family.
