Stopped here on the morning of NYE, Francis was the best server I’ve ever had at IHOP, at 1st I was disappointed to see the space heater everywhere, but then I seen the effort they took to do their best in the situation. The food was EXACT to special order, ontop of accommodations for extra cream and sugar as needed for my coffee, She was busting her tail, ontop of every tables needs quickly, almost never took a breathe. Very prompt. Very generous with manners. Above and beyond. Completely made my breakfast better than walking in expectations.

This location had excellent service. The waiter was attentive and checked on us often without over doing so. The food was fresh, hot, and very tasty. The steak was tender too! My guy loved his strawberry waffles. As for the atmosphere, it was very clean besides the food I smelled bleach as soon as we entered..In fact I’d have to say that this is the cleanest IHOP I’ve ever been in! I was shocked about the overall service. Hands down 5 stars!

I can’t review the food quality in this review since no one could be bothered to wait on me and my wife! We were seated in an obviously little used section of the restaurant. We waited fifteen minutes waiting for a waiter or waitress to come to the table. During this time a woman visited other unoccupied tables, yet she never stopped at ours! When we finally realized that we were being purposely ignored, we got up and left. The gentleman who seated us saw us get up but made no effort to ascertain why we were leaving.

My wife and I are disabled, with her needing a wheelchair and my having leg weakness resulting from spinal fusion surgery. It’s not easy for us to get around, but we make due. If we had know that this IHOP had no intention of serving us I would have never gotten my wife’s wheelchair, and my cane, out of the car to begin with!

I see all the advertising that IHOP does. What a sad waste of money!

I am very concerned about the cleanliness and sanitation of this restaurant, the lobby floors were dirty and unkept and the men’s restroom was extremely FILTHY and smelled awful ,and I want try to describe here the condition of the toilet and the sink was very dirty as well, but the final reason we left and won’t be returning is that there was Cockroach climbing the wall in our booth.
We brought this to the attention of the person that served us but she seemed unconcerned and said she would pass it on to the manager.
Given the restaurant’s condition, I didn’t feel it necessary to pursue the matter further.

We had a bad experience today. Food is good but the service is bad. Waitress’ attitude is not nice. She did not give water even after asking. She forgot to bring the order of tresleches pancakes but brought the check. When we asked she said that she already brought pancakes but missed to put sause on it. I have to explain that she didn’t even bring those pancakes. Then she realized and said sorry, its not my mistake. When she finally brought them, she did not even give them to me. She just gave them to my kid. Very first time facing this type of experience, very disappointed.

As a tourist visiting this location for the first time, the experience was very disappointing. The facility was dirty and had an unpleasant odor throughout. The kitchen area was especially unclean, and the floors were sticky. There were portable heaters placed all over the space, which raised concerns about safety and overall maintenance. This visit was extremely unsettling and did not meet basic cleanliness or quality standards. We came to eat but only had coffee to no be rude.

The workers are incompetent. I told the lady my name and I had a pick up. Another lady brings out the food. I asked, “Is one of those for me?” The other customer stated her name and that she had a pick up. I suppose the employee got confused, she said neither was for me and that the other customer was here to pick up for “Sarah and Maria.” I said, “I’m here to pick up an order for Sarah,” to which she replied, “oh.” She didn’t hand us our food it just continued to sit on the counter. So I grabbed the food and handed the other order to the other customer.
The food: Everything was flavorless and the pancakes especially were dry. The only thing good *drumroll* sausage links.
There’s no silverware. No napkins.
It baffles me that fast food workers want a raise in pay but can’t do simple things or think for themselves.
Save yourself some time, go to the McDonalds up the street.
My $18 worth of food went to a homeless person.

Walked in and the atmosphere was testy a male server was in his feelings as about something with w ear buds in his ears on the phone. The young lady who waited on me was excellent (her name starts with a S).
I ordered 3stack with tenders and fruit bowl. This is what made me give a bad review: plate with pancakes was obviously dirty, chicken and fruit plate was served with a cup of bananas: I’m deathly allergic. The young lady was apologizing and was trying to make things right,way over the top and I’m grateful for her. But I couldn’t eat there after that I still paid my bill because it was not her fault

Menus were dirty and sticky, service was absolutely terrible. Staff was all MIA. My husband left a $4 tip on a $19 bill and the waiter changed it to $10. We are not local to Tennessee so we can’t go back to the restaurant to have it fixed. We’ve heard of this happening before but have never had it happen to us.
