We had an amazing experience at this IHOP. The service was outstanding, and it was honestly the best food I’ve ever had at any IHOP. Our server was very polite and gentle, which made us feel truly welcome. The restaurant was also very clean and well maintained. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be coming back!

Food was fast and was amazing. I loved our server, but the portions for the avocado toast are lacking as far as the amount of avocado as well as the bread being barely toasted. I would’ve loved to see some sort of replacement or even just a side portion of avocado, but upon requesting some we were turned down. This left one of my party disappointed and made us not want to return.

We arrived at 9:45 p.m. We waited for more than half an hour. No one served us or offered us a table. I came to eat during the day, but at night there is certainly terrible service. The workers saw us sitting, but no one approached us to offer help.

We had been driving for several hours and just wanted a place to eat and relax for a while. The service was terrible; perhaps she had never served before, lacked training, or had been put to work alone without any preparation.

The welcome and service were as if we had bothered her. We ordered, and she brought our food with some missing items. They clearly knew they didn’t have them because one dish had double the amount of another meat, while mine was without none. I proceeded to ask for them, and she, with a confident attitude, told me they weren’t included in my order. She looked at a menu, checked for herself what was missing from my order, and then told me in a more subtle tone that they were out of those items and asked if she could get me something else. The options weren’t to my liking, and I would have preferred that she had warned me before bringing the incomplete dish so I could have chosen something I liked, since I was ultimately paying for the meal.

In the end, I asked if they offered a military discount, and she asked me if “they” (I don’t know who they are) usually apply it to the entire bill or just to my order. It was all one check, though. Honestly, if I could give this place zero stars, I would. The experience was awful.

We visited IHOP for our anniversary, hoping for a nostalgic meal in memory of my mother-in-law. Unfortunately, we faced long wait times, unkept bathrooms, and poorly staffed service. Our food took over an hour and a half to arrive, and many items were incorrect. It’s crucial to have the right staffing and management in place. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

Horrible service. I wish not paying was an option it was so bad. Server had a horrible attitude. Couldn’t recall what I had told her 2 seconds prior. (Not an exaggeration. Had not left the table and needed me to repeat everything) didn’t get napkins. Didn’t get silverware until we asked. Took forever to complete even basic tasks. Our server had taken so long to get around to getting us our food that her coworker had to bring it to us and let us know it had been sitting in the window for about 10 minutes. All of this while our server only had 3 tables. AWEFUL SERVICE. DO NOT GO HERE.

I will not be coming back to this IHOP location after my experience last night. I ordered a kids meal, an extra four pieces of bacon, a hot chocolate, and a milkshake. Somehow my total came out to $30, which has never happened before for that type of order.

When my food came out, there was no bacon in the bag at all. I asked about it, and the server kept telling me the bacon was in there when it clearly wasn’t. Then she said she forgot about it and went to get it. When she came back, it was supposed to be four pieces of bacon, but I only got three tiny pieces of bacon.

The two pieces of bacon that came with the kids meal were very small and weren’t even full pieces of bacon.

She then tried to offer me a pancake instead of fixing the bacon order properly, but at that point I just wanted a refund because the order was completely wrong from the start. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all. We got there around 7 PM ,so there was no reason for this many mistakes. They close @10pm.

Overall, the service was poor, the order was incorrect, and the pricing didn’t make sense. Very frustrating experience. I won’t be returning to this location.

I recently visited the IHOP on Charlotte Pike, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The restaurant was practically empty, yet it still took 30 minutes to get our food. The service was incredibly slow and inattentive. I had to flag down the waitress just to get a refill and later to request our check. She never came back to check on us or see if we needed anything else. While the food was fine, the lack of basic customer service made for a frustrating visit. I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re expecting prompt or attentive service.
