Eat at your own risk. The owner doesn’t care about food safety even when it has been brought to her attention. The same glove that grabbed your hamburger patty will be used to grabbed your buns and toppings. HELLO ITS ME!

First time visiting since they reopened and by far way better experience than last time. The food was on point and the service was phenomenal, I actually dont remember the last time I went to a big chain restaurant and had service that good. So thank you to the entire staff for being so kind and for a pleasant dining experience

I took the time to write this review because I appreciate the effort and positive atmosphere! I appreciate being greeted from the kitchen workers and the front staff! They make sure we are acknowledged as a customer and seen! We’ve never been to Ihop down south, but are familiar with the one in Texas! My husband was truly impressed by the fast food and the presentation of the platters. Keep in mind, nobody EVER gets his eggs correct and they were dead on! They weren’t dry, I could taste the butter and over easy and medium eggs are normally complicated for some reason. I did notice that the cook put 3 over easy on my plate, instead of the 2 just in case we didnt like one hahaha, we thanked her before leaving and they were all right on point! My steak was very flavorful and it wasnt too seasoned. Im sure you all are still working out some kinks, but I still appreciate the positive customer service and making sure that we all felt welcome! Great job IHop, we will return and spread the word!!!

We had a great breakfast, and an amazing service. Toyetta (probably not spelled right) was so attentive! The food was a little overcooked for my liking but didn’t stop me from clearing my plate. The hostess was so sweet and wonderful as well. So glad it’s re opened

Place is not busy for a Thursday morning. Took forever to be greeted. Took even longer to get drinks. We thought maybe it’s cause they just reopened and got all new staff. There’s no sense of urgency. No customer focus. Just disconnected moments. We miss the old ihop crew. At least they ran like a well oiled machine and were focused on their tables. They were also out of creamer for coffee and charged almost $3 per kids drink for each kid but was hardly ever present for refills so if you have a kid we highly recommend getting a regular cup. Manager wouldn’t grace our table.

I went in for a bite to eat but came out gleefully happy with the quality of service from McKayla. She is an astute server with attention paid to her customers and easy communication to the kitchen with any questions the customer may have.
The food was very delicious. I can’t remember the last time I had supper at IHOP, but I don’t remember it being this good. The sirloin tips, mashed potatoes, and steamed spinach (broccoli is currently on recall) was so astoundingly delicious, I ordered a second plate of it.
This never happens, but I enjoyed it so much, I felt compelled to write a positive review to ensure everyone is aware that this restaurant runs well while producing a great product that a single person or a family can truly enjoy.

We were seated in the coldest spot of the whole restaurant, first off. Which we immediately decided to overlook because, at least we still had on our winter coats. After we sat down, the server took our drink orders but it took at least half an hour to come take our food order. Once our food order was taken, it took about 45 more minutes to get our food. Only for it to be wrong. I kid you not. I repeated my order THREE times just for it to come out totally wrong. Now I am not one to send food back, but it was so completely wrong that I didn’t have much choice in the matter. I think she might have given me someone else’s order. It took another half an hour for me to get my food. My family wanted to wait to eat with me, but their food was going cold fast, partly due to the fact I’m sure that we were seated in the coldest spot in the whole place. But I digress! By the time my food came out everyone was finished. I didn’t want them to have to wait around for me so I just crammed it home. We almost got charged twice for my order and I never even got my side order. It was low key chaotic. The upside was that the server was very nice. She was a really sweet lady, so I’m gonna take the whole experience as they just reopened a few weeks ago and are still trying to figure things out. I’m not gonna pee on someone else’s bad day. I would recommend maybe more training on IHops part. You’re sending folks to the wolves with half the training they need to succeed.

My family and I recently visited the newly opened IHOP, and it was hands down one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. At first glance, the inside looked decent, but that was the only positive part of the visit.
As soon as our server approached the table, things felt off. She appeared extremely jittery, rushed, and unfocused—forgetting items, missing details, and moving erratically. Her behavior was concerning enough that it made us uncomfortable from the start.
Not long after, the owner walked past our table and sat nearby. She smelled strongly of alcohol, was stumbling, slurring her words, and loudly barking degrading commands at employees while pointing at them. It was chaotic and completely unprofessional. She alternated between berating staff and yelling into her phone the entire time, making it impossible to ignore—even from several tables away. This wasn’t subtle; it was disruptive and embarrassing to witness.
The food didn’t redeem the experience. While most of it was just mediocre, my five-year-old’s meal arrived with a long gray hair visibly embedded in it. At that point, we were completely done.
Between the unsanitary food, the disturbing behavior from staff and management, and the overall lack of professionalism, this place felt more like a reality show than a restaurant. I truly can’t believe this is how a business operates, especially one that just opened. We won’t be returning, and I strongly suggest others think twice before dining here.
