I came in today to celebrate National Pancake Day and left genuinely impressed. From the moment I sat down, everything moved so smoothly. The food came out fast, hot, and exactly how I ordered it. You could tell the team was on top of their game.
My waitress, Aja, was absolutely amazing. Super friendly, attentive, and incredibly quick without ever making us feel rushed. She checked in at all the right times and made the whole experience feel welcoming and fun. Honestly, it was some of the best service I’ve ever had at IHOP.
I would 10 out of 10 recommend this location and especially Aja to any of my friends and family when they come to visit. Great food, great energy, and outstanding service.

I’d like to update my 5-star review with some additional reflections. The contrast between my two visits was quite notable. Last week, even with a busy restaurant, I was served promptly and left the resturant in less than an hour. This recent visit, although the restaurant was less crowded with fewer than 20 customers, my meal took well over an hour to arrive, and even then, there was a mix-up with my order.
Despite these challenges, I remain grateful for the exceptional service provided by Leyra, who appeared to be managing the floor largely on her own. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. I also appreciated having time to catch up on some work while waiting. Leyra handled the situation with grace, especially considering a large family with young children had just arrived, understandably requiring extra attention.
Leyra’s thoughtful gestures—acknowledging my wait, apologizing sincerely, and offering a discount for the delay—reflect genuine dedication to customer care. Even without the discount, I would still commend her for how well she managed a difficult situation. This level of service is truly commendable and the main reason I maintain my very positive rating.

Came here yesterday. There was only 1 server so everything was a wait. When my food came out, there was a hair in it, and the girl had my food remade. Everyone was done eating while I waited for my food. The girls service was fantastic, and the food delish, but waiting that long was crazy, aside from the hair.

The wait time to put our names in was a little long, but once that was done it was almost no time to get seated. The rest of the time was as expected. Friendly and quick service. Times to get refills or additional pancakes was not long at all. Quick and accurate service by a very friendly waitress. Food was excellent. She didn’t forget a thing! Thank you!!
