Jandy was wonderful with us! She helped us using her Spanish/Portuguese (Portunhol lol) because my wife didn’t speak English and it helped her a lot.

Spent Vday with the fam!!! Carlos was our server he was so professional and pleasant. We were greeted by the manager and the whole team that loved out Vday bear. . Food was hot and yummy . Great value for family .

I’ll give this Ihop location ZERO if I could!!! Awful server and the food sucked. The guy server never smiled and felt like he didn’t want to be there to serve. He was very passive aggressive with his tone too after we communicated that the plate had a strand of hair on it. Our sirloin steak tips with eggs tasted so bad and was burned. Two plates were wasted as they bitter and not edible. . Literally, not the same taste and quality compared to what VA and Md Ihop serve. I’ve been to several IHOPs nationwide and it was not the same here, maybe it’s a Florida thing or just the location. The server said the steak was pre-packaged and it was never changed, but it definitely was so different. The first photo I uploaded was their steak and the 2nd photo was the ones I’m used to ordering for a decade now. We are never going back. I do not recommend this place if you don’t want to waste your money. Highly disappointed!!!!

We had a great experience at this IHOP. The restaurant was packed, but the staff kept everything moving with impressive efficiency and never seemed to lose momentum.
Our server, Steph, was fantastic—very bubbly, attentive, and genuinely pleasant throughout the meal. Even with how busy it was, she made sure we were well taken care of and kept the experience feeling smooth and welcoming.
The food came out hot and fresh, which is always a great sign in a high-volume restaurant. The pancakes were especially well executed—light, fluffy, and exactly what you hope for from IHOP.
Between the upbeat atmosphere, strong service, and well-prepared food, this was an excellent visit. We would absolutely come back.

Our recent visit to IHOP was an absolute highlight, and we owe that entirely to our server, Marquis.
From the very first second, we felt incredibly comfortable and welcome. Marquis has a warm and attentive manner that made for a perfect start to our day.
The absolute highlight, however, was when he brought us an extra strong “German Coffee,” as he jokingly called it. Marquis immediately understood what we needed. This proactive and friendly reaction was simply great. To top off our visit, Marquis also gave us fantastic recommendations for local rap music.
We are truly grateful for this wonderful service. Marquis is an absolute role model for hospitality.

Absolutely ridiculous!!! There phone doesn’t work so I had to drive back later that day and couldn’t find the receipt !! The man pulled up the order but needed a manager to refund approve so I gave up

I had a great experience at IHOP, and I want to highlight the amazing service from Jandy. She was extremely friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. She was patient, helpful with the menu, and always checked to make sure everything was perfect. Her positive attitude really made our meal even better. Thank you, Jandy, for the excellent service. Excellent service! Jandy was amazing! It was busy, but she was so very helpful and accommodating. Drink refills were quick as was meeting our additional requests. The entire crew was so friendly! The hostess was also very helpful and so nice. Although it was busy, everything went so smoothly. Food was cooked perfectly. It was such a great experience! Will definitely return when we’re back in Orlando.
