Shakima is the best server. She was very kind with a good attitude, but at the same time doing her work being very attentive and fast. The presentation of the food was the best we have ever had, putting everything in its place, not misplacing the food putting it anywhere and everywhere ruining it’s presentation. We saw the manager keshawn not stopping once, cleaning, checking, and more, keeping the place in check. Plus, his presentation to head from toes seemed incredible. Overall, this Ihope has been the best one we have ever eaten in before so we absolutely 100% recommend.

Nice little joint. First, I want to mention that this restaurant was extremely clean. No bad smells, no bad energy. We arrived when the morning shift was starting to head home and sat down for an extremely late breakfast. I had promised my son chocolate chip pancakes with light chocolate.
The staff leaving were so friendly and amazing. Our server was top notch. My son asked for the light chocolate chips and she had them do a buttermilk pancake with only the chips in the smile and it was perfect for him. I chose the strawberry banana pancakes and I ended up giving half of them to my child. They were very good.
This location is on 27 in the Champions Gate area. Stop by and enjoy some breakfast.

It was my first time trying this place while on my holiday in America as a British person, it was very nice and wasn’t that far away from the villa. 10/10 honestly, would have again and definitely will if I do ever come back to America

Another great visit to IHOP! ALLIE was outstanding from the moment we sat down. She was attentive, upbeat, and incredibly efficient. Our order was accurate, the food came out hot and fresh, and she made sure our table stayed clean and stocked. What really stood out was her positive energy — she made the whole experience feel welcoming and relaxed. Exceptional customer service all around. We’ll definitely be back!

Hannah, our server was GREAT! Lovely smile and attitude. Looked after us and explained all the options with understanding as we are new to IHOP. ALEX greeted us with a great smile and care. We visited 2 IHOPS whilst on vacation. The first visit was positive with great staff and food in a very busy restaurant.
Our second visit was to a different IHOP and the main issue was the lack of staff. There was a lovely older lady called Deb who was trying so hard to accommodate thr volume of visitors but we had to wait 45 mins for our food and were left without any drinks for some time too.
We did have a table of 8 but other tables who were seated after us were served and finished their meals before we got ours.
We love IHOP hence two visits, but both were heaving with people had had very few staff running around doing their best.
The food was all fantastic when it arrived and we would return but management need to address this issue.

We had a nice Sunday breakfast with my in-laws. We come here to visit several times a year. They are regulars. Michelle always remembers how I like my food including standup crisp bacon. She brings more tea before I ask for it. She does a great job. We look forward to seeing her. The food is solid breakfast fare and they have sugar free syrup.

First time at IHOP. The bacon was mid. Biscuits were buttery and delicious. The pancakes were great at first… until I noticed FRUIT FLIES in the syrup! The staff handled it quickly (not very apologetic, acting as if this is normal) and brought me a new plate. But honestly, it gave me the ick knowing what I just previously consumed.
The restaurant itself could really use some upkeep. The ceiling tiles looked damaged (possibly water or mold), and the tables were sticky. There was also a long line out the door, likely due to all the tourists, so expect a bit of a wait if going on a weekend morning like us.
Overall, decent food in parts, but the cleanliness issues were hard to overlook.

Juna was an amazing server!! She was very attentive and genuinely so friendly. The food was hot and fresh and the wait was not long even though it was crowded initially when my party of 5 arrived. Definitely recommend!
