We were a party of six for Sunday morning breakfast.
The place has mostly booth seating available and unfortunately there was a large party seated at the only table for six.
The server, Victoria, recommended our party could fit together comfortably in a booth but my partner and I chose to sit in a separate booth directly across from our friends.
The place filled quickly. Our server worked alone and with only one cook in the kitchen. Additional staff arrived much later.
When our order finally arrived the food was hot and very tasty. We were all very satisfied with our meal, however; the server explained that since there was only one burner to make coffee, we would all need to wait for refills.
IHOP honors a 10% discount for Veterans.
There is plenty of parking in their lot. The place is relatively small but clean. The background music is lively and enjoyable.
We will return again but perhaps on a week day when it is less crowded and hopefully better staffed.

Alexandra at the IHOP in Sebring was amazing! She provided excellent, quick service and was friendly and attentive the entire time. Our food came out fast and she made the experience smooth and enjoyable. You can tell she really cares about her customers. I’ll definitely be back and hope to have her as our server again!

The food is always good especially the pancakes. The staff are always friendly but Stacy and her sister are the best! They always have a smile, they are quick and and generally just make you want to go back to see friends!

I took my favorite guy to breakfast this morning to reward him for his hard work in school! Laura’s service was the best. Laura made sure my son had everything he wanted to eat and she kept his refills of strawberry lemonade coming. Thanks for making our visit special Laura and keep up the great work!

We had such a wonderful experience at IHOP! I took my two daughters, and from the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Going out to eat with little ones can sometimes be challenging, but the staff made it such an easy and enjoyable experience for us.
Our waitress, Alexis, was absolutely amazing! She was so patient, kind, and attentive to my girls. She made sure their orders were just right and checked on us often with a genuine smile. It really made a difference and allowed me to relax and enjoy our time together.
The food was fresh, delicious, and came out quickly — my daughters loved their pancakes, of course! It turned into such a sweet mommy-and-daughters breakfast memory.

Stopped by for Lunch today, was greeted immediately by Laura as my party of 3 walked in. Quickly took our drink order and was attentive refilling the coffee mug. Our food was good crispy bacon and hash browns. Pancakes taste good!!

First off, greeted with a smile and no wait. Then we got Stacy as our server who is perfection. Loved my omelette, pancakes and impossible sausage. Having vegan options, including the non-dairy creamer made for a great experience. We were all happy with everything. Went back again and got Alexis who was also a great server.

Jacklyn she is the best she makes the atmosphere personal. Always attentive goes over and beyond. Always smiling I cant stand when you can tell a waitress is having a bad day. Wonderful establishment. Will come again. Ps meant to say they place is very clean and temperature always right
