I am very happy to report that I received a call from the owner/operator the next morning. He was very responsive to what happened and made it right. I really appreciate this and I look forward to dining with this IHOP in the future.
UPDATE 02/26/2026: Because of my previous great experience that I had while dining in the restaurant last week (as shown from the review below), we decided to place another order today (February 26, 2026) using the IHOP app for pickup. The app showed a confirmation that I have screen shots of, charged my MasterCard for the order, redeemed my reward that I used on this order from my IHOP account, and I also received an emailed confirmation of the order from IHOP. None of this mattered to the restaurant team. After traveling 30 minutes one-way (one hour round trip) to this IHOP to pick up our IHOP app purchased plan-ahead order with receipt confirmation in hand, we were told that the restaurant never received the order and that there was nothing that they could do except place the order again with my reward and credit card. We asked to speak to a manager and they said that there was none available. So as long as you don’t run into any problems, everything might be okay, but if something goes wrong, don’t expect them to help you in any way.
INITIAL REVIEW:
We had a great time at IHOP today. It was a friendly atmosphere and our waitress Megan was great. She provided super fast service and made sure that we had everything that we needed. The food was fresh and appetizing. We are looking forward to our next visit.

unfortunately the hostess, veronica, was very rude and dismissive. our party was forgotten and 2 families were seated before us but angie, our waitress made up for it. angie was the sweetest waitress i’ve ever encountered. she was very attentive and extremely kind. thankyou angie !

We had ms. Angie as our server, she was AMAZING! So attentive, super sweet. She was a pleasure to talk to. Last time we came in we had a really bad experience and she totally made up for it. This was our first visit to IHOP, and we loved it! My son and I enjoy trying new restaurants, and from the moment we walked in, we were greeted by such a welcoming and friendly staff. Our waitress, Bridget, was absolutely wonderful—attentive, kind, and made our visit extra special.
The food was amazing! My son especially loved his Oreo cookie milkshake, and everything we ordered was super delicious. We noticed the saying, “It was a pleasure putting a smile on your plate,” and my son immediately said, “They absolutely put a smile on my face!” He’s already planning our next visit and wants to bring the rest of the family.

We had such a wonderful experience thanks to Angie! She truly made our morning in a way we never expected. We’re not frequent visitors, but her kindness, attentiveness, and warm hospitality completely changed that. She was incredibly friendly, made us feel so welcomed, and provided fast, thoughtful service the entire time. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making guests feel special, and Angie does exactly that. Any business would be lucky to have someone like her on their team. Because of her, we’ll definitely be coming back much more often!

During my visit today, I observed that the air vents above the dining area very dirty and rusted. Given that this is a food-service environment, this was concerning from a cleanliness and health standpoint. I hope that management will inspect and clean the ventilation system to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests. I ordered the chicken fajita omelette but it wasn’t very hot. Our waitress was Christy and she was professional, happy and very friendly

We had a wonderful experience at this location tonight. Crystal was so friendly and attentive. She kept us smiling. Our cups never went empty. This is great customer service when you dont have to ask for refills. If ever in for overnights ask for her. She was great!!!

I came in for pancakes and left with a life-changing experience. This IHOP location deserves a standing ovation… or at least a slow clap with syrup in hand.
The food? Fluffy. The coffee? Bottomless. My self-control around the syrup caddy? Nonexistent.
But let’s talk about the real MVP — our waitress, Megan. Absolute legend. Megan moved through the restaurant like a breakfast ninja. My coffee cup never even THOUGHT about being empty. She was friendly, quick, and had the kind of positive energy that makes you question whether she runs on espresso or pure sunshine.
If IHOP ever starts a Hall of Fame for pancake professionals, Megan better have her own syrup fountain statue.
10/10 would get emotionally attached to a breakfast shift again.
