I had my first and last visit at this particular Ihop. This was a horrible experience, the best part was the wait. Our food was cold, threw together, grits were dry and clumpy, but the turkey bacon did it for me! This was the WRONG location and I won’t go back!

Jazzy was AMAZING! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. She kept our drinks full, checked in at the perfect times, and made sure everything came out exactly how we wanted. Okay so let’s be honest it’s IHOP nothing really to write home about but sometimes you just have a taste for pancakes and I really didn’t want to go to McDonald’s which to be honest isn’t much difference. But it’s not the food that concern me so much as this particular IHOP smelled like a nursing home It was really hard for me to enjoy my food over the smell. I don’t know if it was mold or what but it was pretty bad I got classic buttermilk and a ice coffee extra butt( it was frozen) for 20.00$ plus a tip The server was exceptionally nice to me but the smell wasn’t

We had a great experience thanks to our server, Dominique. She was welcoming, patient, and very attentive throughout our visit. She made sure our order was correct, checked on us at the right times, and kept everything running smoothly even when the restaurant was busy. Her friendly attitude and great customer service really made a difference. This was easily one of the best IHOP visits we’ve had, and Dominique played a big part in that. Highly recommend her—excellent service all around.

Had a great experience at IHOP thanks to our waitress, Stephanie. She was incredibly attentive from the moment we sat down, always checking in to make sure everything was perfect without being intrusive. Our drinks were refilled quickly, our food came out just as ordered, and she handled everything with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. You can tell she takes her job seriously and really cares about giving good service. Her diligence and friendly personality made our visit even better. Definitely one of the best IHOP experiences I’ve had.

Dominique was an amazing server from start to finish. From the moment we were seated, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. Our drinks were always refilled on time, the food came out exactly as ordered, and she checked in frequently to make sure everything was perfect. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made the whole experience better. It’s rare to get service this consistent and thoughtful—Dominique delivered 10/10 service and is a huge asset to this IHOP. I’ll definitely be back and hope to be seated in her section again.
