Me and my mother went here on a Saturday morning it was very busy but we were seated a couple minutes after walking in. It took about 20 to 25 minutes for our food to come to our table but there was no issue with our dishes. I had the big steak omelette with an substitution of egg whites and hash brown on the side. My omelette was cook to perfection as well as my hash brown. The pancakes were nice and fluffy.

On the date of August 4, 2022, (I) had the pleasure of dining in the IHOP in the Lake Worth area. Starting off with a cup of coffee, and leading into a Spinach and Mushroom Omelet with Pancakes. The plate was well dressed, showing all the ingredients from the top to the bottom. Thank you to the chef in that location, prepping meals with style and class.

II’ve seen it all. Went there today and walked out after seeing poop all over the floor. We walked in and saw the janitor moping the floor that seemed like it was vomit. But it smelled really bad. When I went to use the restroom is when I discovered it was poop. There was a trail coming from the women’s bathroom into the dining area. The most disgusting thing ever at a restaurant. I told the janitor know and he shook his shoulders. When we walked out we told manager and his answer was yeah a customer did that and we will take care of it. When exactly was take care of it was going to take place? We will never ever step a foot in that place again. Poor management

We walked in at 12:40 tonight. We were stunned when the waiter told us it would be 15-20 minutes to seat us. There was one table of 6 the rest of the restaurant was empty. Even the cook asked the waiter if he took care of us. He said yes I have this covered. Now I know the waitress who worked this shift left a couple of weeks ago, but you need to get someone who can multi task. No wonder your place was empty. And it will continue with that guy. This is just ridiculous.

I was just there about 30 minutes ago with my 3 kids (including an overtired toddler) and this waitress was working by herself, I wish I would’ve gotten her name to give credit where credit is due because she was so kind, patient and even funny which made it that much easier to enjoy my dinner. Also, the food was great! A few years ago I would’ve given a 1 but clearly they’ve done something different! Clean restaurant, nice staff and good food! I think it would be much busier if people knew this place has made huge improvements!

Not only did this team handle a morning that had a to go order every single minute from 10-12pm on Mother’s Day, they also kindly waitlisted and sat and served an entire restaurant of people. The manager was helpful to his team in every facet of the word. I’m honestly Shocked how kind every server and kitchen worker was. In that HIGH stress environment with people banging down the door, they offered pancakes with a smile. Absolutely restored my faith in humanity. Every member of staff that worked Mother’s Day, you should all be very proud of yourselves. Thank you so much
