Wow. Literally. The service, food, and the view, (yes the view on the canal/water). Greeted warmly when we arrived, treated awesome by Renesha- she did amazingly. She explained the menu (yes, the breakfast menu…the 55+ menu and the $6.00 one). Have you had the cinnabon crepe? Yum! We are moving to condo down the street and we will come back often because of all three services, food, and view.

We just got off the boat from our Cruise and and got a lyft to come here. Had Evelyn as our waiter, great food and communication service from her. Its a nice and friendly atmosphere here as well. Food was great too!!!!! Would definitely come back here

Henry was an AMAZING host!!! Deserves an immediate raise. Cinnamon pancake is too sweet, but good regarless I just wouldn’t order it again. Eggs, bacon and hashbrown were really good as well as the coffee, crepes were eggy and crispy just like we like it!☝️

I had such a great experience at IHOP! Evelyn was absolutely amazing — super attentive, kind, and made us feel really welcomed from the moment we sat down. The food was delicious. The eggs were perfectly cooked, the pancakes were fluffy, and the cheesecake pancakes were honestly incredible.
You could really feel the positive energy from the whole crew. Everyone seemed happy, helpful, and working together which made the whole atmosphere even better. Great service, great food, and great vibes all around. I will definitely be coming back!

I ordered a milkshake the lady didn’t even make my milkshake completely. It look like she just poured everything in a cup and just served it to me to make myself. Also she and another worker were laughing/talking about how poorly she made the milkshake. Lastly the food was unprotected and just out being accessible to germs. The people handling the food didn’t have on any hair net or gloves. And the wait time was horrendous I waited almost 40-45 minutes for French toast and hash browns THATS IT. THE FRENCH TOAST WAS JUST 2 pieces of cooked bread. 0/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS IHOP SPECIFICALLY.

I am extremely pleased with Morghan’s service this morning. She greeted us so kindly and was patient when answering questions about the menu.
Morghan must have communicated our order perfectly to the kitchen because everything was cooked as specified. And she delivered all of it Hot!!
The food was very delicious too.
Morghan kept an eye on us and stopped a couple times, once to ask how were our meals, and to ask if we needed anything else. She never hovered nor interupted our conversations. Great attention skills.
I am grateful that Morghan was our server this morning. She made our visit very enjoyable. We will return.

The location of the restaurant is perfect and overseas the water. The food was delicious and brought out in a timely manner and the best part of my visit was my server. Chasity was amazing, friendly, and very attentive to my needs and special requests. She always has a smile on her face and made the whole experience a memorable one. I will definitely be going back and specifically requesting her on my next visit. 🙂
