On entrance (~12:30 pm) the restaurant was already packed, with only around 5 out of the 27 or so tables being empty (i counted!). I got seated after 2 or 3 minutes and was greeted with lovely service by Quan, she asked me how I was and I replied likewise as she took my order because I already knew what I wished to have. The food came out quick in around 8 minutes and was amazing! Love the atmosphere and crew here seemed really friendly and vocal around me. Thank you Quan and thank you IHop 😀

Plantation IHOP never disappoints. My son with a rare genetic syndrome (CTNNB1) often chooses IHOP because he wants the “sprinkle” pancakes. I didn’t see them on the menu, so I asked our server Albertha. She said absolutely! Albertha even fully engaged with my son, which is something I ALWAYS appreciate; more than she would know.
As for the food, it was host and tasty! What more could I ask for???
A few other servers are dressed up for the holiday season. My son thought they were beautiful and asked to take pictures of them. They each obliged.

Extremely disappointed. My order arrived burnt, under portioned, and carelessly prepared. The omelet was flat with barely any ingredients, the hashbrowns were charred, and the meat looked overcooked and mishandled. This isn’t just poor quality, it’s a health concern. If food is leaving the kitchen in this condition, the Health Department should take a look. Management should be ashamed and fix this immediately before someone, especially a child or pregnant woman, gets sick.
Food isn’t just food – it directly affects health. Never forget that.

I ordered a biscuits and gravy meal to go. This is the first restaurant that I picked food up from in a long time where my order was perfect. This is crazy considering I typically spend double the money on one meal ordering from restaurants where their prices are much higher.
